My mother has been reading for some time the benefits of iodine especially in people in less than stellar health. This past March she decided to make a "walking science experiment" out of my dad. He had been falling a lot and was hospitalized for MRSA and some other bad cooties. While he's never really "sprung" off the couch, after a few treatments with the iodine in his morning orange juice, I could see a definite difference! My body produces too much estrogen. This product is seriously a life saver! There are times when I ran out and didn't purchase because I didn't want to spend $30 per month to deal with my fatigue issues. I have been using this for a few months now and feel I can adequately review it now. I had never used iodine before but wanted to try to see if it would help with dry skin and thinning hair. I have not noticed much difference in my skin as yet, but feel like my hair is finally falling less. I have noticed that it has caused me to break out (slightly) with what I would call deep blemishes, but I am happy about that since my skin is clearer. I do feel like it will help my dryness eventually. I have been fighting toenail fungus for several years and this seems to be helping that also. Not sure if it was supposed to, but I have seen a noticeable difference for the better. The best part is that I have lost 5 pounds since using this without changing a single thing I do. My only caution is that you have to be careful to gradually work up the amount you are taking because it does cause very loose bowels. That said, I am seeing the results I have mentioned with only two drops per day. I will most definitely order again.

I bought this on impulse. Once I got it at home and dosed myself with a couple drops, I did some research about how to supplement with iodine safely. I looked at my stock of supplements and realized I already had the minerals and vitamins that work best with iodine and the accompanied halide detox. Within days I began to have what I've determined to be a bromide detox. Tender acne-like breakout on my arms- mostly my right arm where I have a large colorful tattoo. Some tattoo ink can contain bromide! I moisturized with aloe and castor oil+lotion and did a "salt-push" which seemed to heal and stop the breakout. It came back about a week later but less so. Then a couple weeks later but even less severe. I have noticed more clear states of thinking. More states of relaxation and gratitude as well as a deeper diving into meditative states. My skin (even though I had the detox breakout) has become more bright and supple. I must add that use organic aloe vera gel and rosehip seed oil on my face. I feel that I will continue to benefit from the use of this iodine. When I feel headachy and foggy, I take a break. Then starting again gives me the same clarity as before. My body is so sensitive to the effects- I recommend that you pay attention to how you feel/react. It is advisable to work with a medical professional if you don't know where to start. Do research! Iodine is so important!

I know there are other brands that tout high quality. It seems that this would be just as good as any other product and the price is much lower so I can buy extra bottles to give away to friends and family. I usually take 2 or 3 drops a day, It has a very mild flavor and I plan to keep taking it long term based on the videos where doctors talk about the benefits.. I'm in pretty good health so I don't see any changes yet. I suppose if one had diabetes etc. or thyroid problems the benefits would be more obvious. Best Regards
