Handy usb A one end and usb c the other. It’s pretty solid however the plastic clip that holds the case on the board isn’t great I’ve since superglued it. I use mine to transfer music between my MacBook and iMac which is more than fast enough through usb c. I’ve since bought an additional chord as it doesn’t sit well plugged into the MacBook usb c and can fall out but it’s solid plugged into the iMac usb A socket.

Took me 2 minutes to assemble my ssd into it (I used the robber thingy, but do use the screw if you need to use long term). Works well. Can get really hot sometimes but I guess thats the nature of my crappy 5 year old ssd. Overall happy with it.

I bought this enclosure a couple of months ago as I wanted the two USB types for ease of use. Unfortunately, I have had constant issues with it. I've tried the enclosure with a 250gb NVME and a 1tb one both have the same issue which is that the drive looses the formatting and is not recognised by any device.I've deleted and reformatted the drive many times using both a PC and Mac but using the drives in this enclosure causes this same issue over and over again. As soon as I put the drives in another enclosure they work fine. The enclosure was cheap... I guess you get what you pay for.

A great way to transfer files from a nVME drive. I had a laptop that was failing to boot but I needed the data from the user folder. I removed the drive and was able to get to the files by plugging it into another PC. Extra bonus to have both USB a and USB C. The catches that hold the case on are a little fiddly but generally good construction.

This enclosure is more for keeping the drive inside long term rather then being able to change drives say monthly as the supplied thermal strip gets ripped to pieces when trying to remove the drive once installed, it actually pulled the drive from the header as I was slowly trying to pull it out as the thermal strip had folded on its self inside the case when I tried to slide it out. Luckily no damage done to the drive, also the built quality isn't really great, the plastic locking clip which slides off looks very flimsy that they supply a second clip with the enclosure. I didn't test the speeds as it wasn't fit for my purpose so never connected it to pc.

I bought this to clone an old M.2 Drive onto a newer, larger, faster drive - it worked really well.I wouldn't use this to create some kind of flash drive as it'll eventually start getting a little hot - but for an enclosure for getting data onto/off of M2 drives it's great.

Très pratique mais étant donné le poids de la clé avec le ssd, il faut faire attention à sont port USB. D'autant plus sur le téléphone.Fonctionne très bien en plug and play.
