Simax Casserole Dish Set, Set of 2 Casserole Dish with Lid, Round Glass Cookware, Borosilicate Glass, Made In Europe 1 Qt and 1.5 Qt Baking Dishes

I am in the process of eliminating all kitchen ware that I suspect is carcinogenic and definitely plastic so I needed something safe to use to replace these items. This set was an excellent choice because it is quality glass that I use for both cooking and food storage in the fridge. An added plus is that it stacks efficiently and saves me cabinet storage space too!

Make the dinner table look classy, which makes the food seem to taste better. In our imagination anyway. Love the glass cause it's easy to clean and doesn't stain. Happy camper here.

It’s a nice set

Thaws containers are wonderful. I use them so much that I leave them on the counter rather than put them away. The quality is good, the kids fit and they stack nicely. I have used them in a hot oven, in the microwave, and in the freezer. Good buy.

I was pleasantly surprised at the weight of these bowls because I was hesitant to buy them after reading reviews. They're very nice, but you need to be careful with them as they're a little more fragile than they appear. I'm not keeping them in the cupboard because I don't want them to be knocked against anything. But they're the right size for 2 people. I wanted the lids so no splatter in the convection oven.

I grow up with my mom cooking in similar pots. I love how easy,clean and easy to store your food it. No need of foil or any wraps. Once you are done wash it or place it in the dishwasher.

No plastic microwave leakage in my food anymore! Never realized the name brand dropped this manufacturing process in 1952. Borosilicate glass is so non permeable that these dishesclean with mostly a rinse (without even scrubbing). Got a name brand coffee drip maker as a gift last Christmas made of this borocilicate glass and only rinse it with water after each use (and it remains crystal clear/like new) It never dawned on me I should eliminate cooking in the microwave with plastic lids and able to take these dishes from cold to hot to cook (without worry of breaking). Storage of the cooked food goes directly to the table and leftovers directly to refrigerator (same container)--so easy!

Love glass option to plastic. Good quality and value not have to throw out as I expect them to perform and look same unlike plastic. Good value.

They come shipped with very well-thought-out packaging to protect the glass. Very easy to clean. Nice to see the food being cooked inside the clear glass dish bottoms. Sizes are perfect for small to medium volumes. Lids and dish/bowls stack nicely to save space. Very happy with these.

I purchased the set of 3 round casserole sets as I have had my Grandmothers Simax dish and lid for over 40 years and still has no chips whereas other brands of ovenproof glass have chipped.Very happy with the quality. They will see me out and be handed down.

It is very nice quality, well package. I don't expect the size too small. when I received, looking for bigger boiling pot for cooking soup.
