Good quality product with nice bonus accessories that are actually useful. The light is the reason this tent kit isn’t getting 5 stars. It’s pretty hot and not dimmable. Overall I’m very happy with it.

After reading reviews of all tent brands, I went with the Mars hydro because it sounded the best. The quality is unbelievable! No light leaks and the zipper is really sturdy! Some reviews said it was to hard to put on or didn't even fit the frame. We watched a few videos to see what others did. One point that was made if the tent didn't fit your frame, you didn't have the frame poles pushed in enough. But what was nice about the Mars tent was the poles had the pins that pop into each other so you know they were where they needed to be. We laid the frame on its side, put the bottom in first, then the top. No pulling and fighting to get it on and it fit like a glove! I bought the kit and everything looks well made. Light is bright, filter fan is quiet. Will update once I start growing!

Seems good quality the fan is quiet the light is bright. comes with a good amount of odds and ends. Went together super easy. I would recommend it

Literally just figured this out but the Mars Hydro TS600 light that is included does not turn all the way off when your timer clicks it off! Beyond upset!!! Don't always assume it's 100% dark inside your tent! I'm almost 100 days in and just discover this has been hurting my garden since day one! UPDATE: The issue was not the light, sorry I jumped to conclusions very quick without taking the time to investigate the cause of the light remaining on at a low but definitely light enough to cause issues with your light cycles. The issue I believe is more a by product of the timer that came with the all in one tent kit. I found this to be a common issue voiced on many platforms and most of the issues where a result of a lower quality budget timer. When plugged into timer, the lights out time somehow still was giving off power instead of completely cutting the plugs off from all power. Anyways this is my attempt at a honest review both of product and customer support. I suggest that if you run into issues with a product of this nature, before you write a bad review do yourself a favor and don't be an idiot, hop online, research issue, conduct your own experiment before hand so at least you don't look like a complete jack wagon To be fair, everything else included in the kit is of good quality and works as described

This kit is a great value for the money. The tent is well-made good quality material. It’s easy to put together. However, it is a bit short for a full-size plant. The light is light weight and doesn’t heat up as much so I have better temperature control inside the tent while still being able to provide the right amount of light. I found the digital thermometer/humidity meter to be a little bit difficult to program due to sub par instructions. The fan is not too loud if it’s inside the tent but could be loud outside the tent especially on high speed. The ducting fit very snuggly over the opening of the carbon filter and I had to cut it a little bit to make it wide enough to get it over the opening. I am happy with my purchase overall.

I wanted to start growing but was overwhelmed with what to buy, so I went for this 2'x2' kit. I wouldn't recommend it, but it's also not a rip-off, so I'm giving 5 stars (dropped to three as I've become unimpressed by the tent, fan, and filter, see below) for the seller's good faith and ease of getting it all at once. Here's what you get along with the price if you buy alone from Amazon: * TS 600 light ($80) * 24"x24"x55" tent ($100) * 4" inline ~200CFM outtake fan (~ $50) * 4" inline carbon filter (~$50) * Adjustable rope hangers for fan and filter, may be included, otherwise ($10) * More 4" ducting than you need, these usually include the collars/clamps ($15) ($8 for just the collars, wow) * Trellis net (scrog net) ... the one that's included is worth $0 * Temp/humidity/clock meter ... the one that's included is worth $0 (if you buy one, call it $10) * Cheapo electrical timer ($10) * Five 5-gallon fabric pots that won't fit in your new 2'x2' tent (worth $0, get 3-gallon pots for $10) Total usable value: ~$315 Buying these separately would be better because you could return an item (like if the tent has a lot of light leaks around the zippers, which mine does) and tweak some upgrades (like a fan that doesn't make a whining sound at higher speeds, which mine does, or a filter that doesn't *rust* in high humidity, which mine does). Plus you wouldn't be left with junk you can't use, like the 5-gallon pots, terrible trellis net, cheap/useless humidity meter, ducting, and a couple rope hangers. I didn't use the ducting at all because the fan+filter fit nicely inside the tent exhausting directly out, coupled with a few loops of duct tape, and I could buy a couple collars locally. If you do buy this kit, you'll want some 3-gallon pots, 12" saucers (can fit three in the tent), dirt (I used Coco Loco), maybe a humidifier, a PH tester, maybe some citric acid to lower your water's PH, nutrients (used Dyno-Gro flower and bloom), garden wire, and a loupe. So those few bucks you could save by buying separately could go into those items instead as well as less shoddy versions of the fan, filter, timer, and humidity/temp meter.

This is an edit of my first ever review. My first tent I got was a 2x2, one of these mars hydro kits. It was initially frustrating my first time setting it up, mainly getting the inline fan and stuff set in right & more so because that was a small tent Looking back it's funny now what I found difficult lol but i was very excited too with that first one, I ended up growing a single chilli in it for nearly a year ongoing & it was the best, I grew other things in there too, but that chilli was my main baby. I got rid of that 2x2 recently, the chilli lives outside now. I recently got myself a 3x3 tent kit & this time I am going to try starting my own youtube channel & I'm excited! I'm putting in a lot of effort for it & learning a lot about filming and audio and so on in the process It's all very fun & none of it would have ever happened if I didn't finally take the jump & spend money on that first kit I got! I was always worried it was too much money, but that worry fast vanished after I got it & I didn't care how much it cost. This is the most fun hobby I've ever had. My youtube channel I am going to be aimed at beginners, I still consider myself a beginner but an experienced beginner lol. So I hope to appeal to people like how I was before I got my first kit & people who get their very first too that might be frustrated like I was, who knows :) I just really enjoy it & one day I hope to get an even bigger setup, I'd like to grow 100% of my plant based foods The only negative comment I would make is that the oscillating fans aren't so great, they seem to die within a year.. but on the plus side, they have a decent warranty & mars hydro are actually very very responsive and very reliable when it comes to helping out with anything that might be faulty. I find them to be a very reliable company All I need to try from mars hydro now is their humidifier and then I basically have the full setup!
