The menopause has not been kind to my hair, and it's thinning rapidly.It isn't breakage, it's real thinning, coming out at the roots. Obviously this is upsetting, and as I cannot take hrt I've been trying several other options.One of these is biotin based supplements. The bonus for me is that these do not interact with my existing meds.This version also includes zinc.I can't get to the bottom of the ingredients as described by another reviewer regarding containing bovine gelatine, which obviously would negate all claims to be vegan. Definitely worth bearing in mind.These are easy to take, quite small and don't leave any aftertaste.It's still too soon to say whether or not the tablets are making any difference - it's been 3 weeks and my hair is still shedding, but personally I'd say 3 weeks isn't a long time.However these are not cheap, so another month is enough for me.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

You get 60 tablets and it recommends to take 2 a day so this would be a months worth which for the price is maybe on the higher side.I've never used this sort of product before but personally didn't see or feel much of a difference but maybe more than a month supply is needed to see a big difference.They are also not suitable for vegetarians from what I can see on the ingredients list.

This is a US manufactured supplement that has a long list of what it doesn’t contain in terms of allergens et cetera. However there was no mention of it being suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The product page clearly states that it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This is under the about this item bullet point list. However both ingredients on the packaging and pictured on the product Page include bovine gelatin. This is a really disappointing oversight as it clearly is not a suitable product for vegetarians and vegans.You get 60 capsules and the recommended dosage is 2 daily. This means this supplement will last you a month which is a little on the pricey side. You get an expiry of just over six months from the time of ordering so not particularly long. It has a mixture of biotin, vitamin B6 and various other ingredients that you would expect for healthy hair. It does look a decent product it’s just a shame about the misleading product page.

This pillow for hair growth and health are OK, easy to take them with a glass of water.Personally have uesd them for 3 weeks now and can't see a proper result yet but I'll give it a bit more time.Will try to update the review after the bottle has finished.Proce is a bit spicy at £20 but if it works definitely worth

Small and easy to swallow. I’ve noticed since taking biotin my hair doesn’t snap as much and my nails aren’t as bendy and brittle so a good vitamin to take.

Como ya estaba tomando otra marca de comprimidos para pelo y uñas, lo que he hecho es añadir tan solo una de estas, al mediodía.Pues a ver: dudo que se trate de un efecto óptico o de placebo, porque el "chute" de brillo que le ha dado a mi pelo es de lo más llamativo, además de notarlo una barbaridad en las uñas. ¡Nunca me he visto las uñas así! Bueno, si... ¡pero hacía siglos de eso!Lo más curioso es que he tardado muy poquito en comprobarlo. Que yo, a pesar de que conocía la marca, no me esperaba mucho más de lo que ya había experimentado con marcas como Solgar, Solaray, Vitacrecil Complex, etc, etc (Sí, todo lo cato...). No sé si es porque ha añadido "potencia" a las que ya tomaba, pero el resultado es espectacular.Respecto a la caída, no puedo decir mucho, porque ya se me detuvo con las otras que tomo (Por si a alguien le interesa, son las Iraltone Forte), pero los efectos en las uñas y en la textura, cuerpo y brillo del pelo, me temo que son obra de estas capsulitas.Vamos: que este bote me lo han proporcionado para probarlas y dar mi opinión... ¡pero el siguiente me lo compro yo!¡Totalmente recomendables!
