Mork & Mindy: The Complete Series

I always enjoyed this show in my youth and was happy to have the opportunity to revisit it in it's entirety, for what feels like the first time. I can't believe I didn't even know it was set in Boulder - the things you forget... We're only on the second season, but so far the video has been admirable, by DVD standards for most episodes. With only a few really standing out in need of remastering, assuming the original elements have survived making such possible. Our only real disappointment, aside from it not being available in HD on Blu-ray, is the packaging. Seriously, these massive cases have got to go!!It's bad enough when you have to remove one disc to get to another. But with some cases these days (like MASH complete series) you have to remove 3-4!! And all of them use dysfunctional disc hubs that guarantee frustration, maybe even a few broken discs, as they don't want to let go. It's utterly absurd that studios would cut corners to save pennies on such a cheap, poorly designed, consumer unfriendly case for expensive box sets.

WOW! Mork & Mindy sure does bring back the Good Old Days Memories when TV shows were clean & fun to watch, if you know what I mean! Also it reminds me of how old I am too. I used to set my (back then) VHS tape recorder ( Today most young adults would say, VHS WHaaAT?? and never say I used to listen to that song on my 8 Track Player, that would really confuse them. Better yet tell them and just leave them confused! ) anyway I'd try and record many episodes of this show. This was a great all around funny sitcom to watch especially if you had Robin Williams' quick sense of humor. I will miss this guy! If you ever caught him and Jonathan Winters together on Johnny Carson back in the day them two would have me so tickled I'd be in tears. Actually I will them miss both. I highly recommend buying the Complete Series of Mork & Mindy at such a great price before the price goes up or before it is unavailable.

I’ve binged through Season 3 and all the discs work so far. The only bummer is that the case packaging is very flimsy/doesn’t hold the discs well... I will be buying a different dvd storage holder for these so the discs don’t get damaged.

Do not buy this item; the first two DVDs were skipping scenes. After looking at the surface, found marks on them. Since I am a day late to return this set, I am stuck with them. The rest of the DVDs seem ok but until I watch all of them I will not know.VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!

I grew up watching Mork & Mindy with my mom. With all of the streaming services, I cannot believe it isn't available anywhere to watch. So, I was ecstatic to find the entire series on DVD. Robin Williams was a comic genius. My timing on ordering this was perfect as it arrived just before all the virus panic shut everything down. Watching a few episodes of this series in the evening has been a great way to stave off any doom & gloom feelings. Laughter is the best medicine, and this definitely packs the laughs in.

This show was what made Robin Williams and instant hit and it is a joy to watch again. It's one of those broad comedies where thing are a bit exaggerated for the live audience but it shows the craziness and genius that was Robin Williams. Much of the dialog you can tell is spontaneous and Pam Dawber can barely keep it together much of the time because his comedy is so crazy! The only reason for 4 stars is because of the quality,a little blurry and grainy at times but much clearer and better than watching on commercial TV. Great bloopers and also the 2 Happy Days episodes that introduced us to Mork.

The day i received this I opened one of them and as soon as I opened the DVD case all of them fell out all over the place. The piece holding the DVD holders to the case itself broke so all the discs ended up on the floor. I was able to recover them and get them all back in order but its frustrating every time I open it because I have to be extra careful so they don't all fall out again. The second one is a gift for my dad's birthday so it has yet to be opened. Hoping it isn't broken as well.

"Nanu Nanu" in 1978 Robin Williams crash landed on TV on an episode of Happy Days where he played an alien named Mork. The episode was so popular he was given his own series a while later called Mork & Mindy. This box set contains every episode of the show which all have been digitally remastered. There are also outtakes and the Happy Days episode as bonus features. I would recommend this to fans of Robin Williams, sci-fi and comedy shows. I wish it would have come with a booklet with all the episodes listed and pictures. other than that, I love it!Robin, you will never be forgotten!

First off: I didn't realise that this would be an area one dvd and had to buy a multi region dvd player to play it. Even changing the reader on my pc didn't work. Also its a US import so it doesn't exactly break the speed limit to arrive. Infact I had forgotten all about it when it turned up.Disc wise, each season is spread over several discs and the ones I have played are good.So lets talk about the programmes: Season one the quality is good and the gags come hard and fast, the Fonz turns up and all is well with the world.Sadly the season two opener is an M&M take on the Wizard of Oz which fails dramatically and suffers horrendously from old tech cgi that had me looking at my player and the disc quality, before I realised what the problem was.But the real problem isn't with the product you are buying; season two doesn't make me laugh and thats worse.

what is there to dislike about Mork and Mindy, i have a multi region dvd player so have no problem watching this unique blast from the past starring the ever great Robin Williams, i may be over 60 but i felt like a child again loving and laughing my sides sore.

I was so excited to see this again but when it finally arrived it didn't play! It's not for the uk region. Not mentioned on information page either! You need a player that plays all regions. So sad as I love this show.😞

brings back memories unfortunately does not work on uk machines.i bought it as a birthday present.very disappointed.i gave 5 stars for service and deliverbut when my cousin tried to play it it is not uk compatible

Horrendous. Bought this as a present for christmas and on playback discovered that the set of discs is not of uk region and so cant play it. Complete waste of money. Do not buy this from this seller
