Received the Laptop and didn't open the item from the box as it was bought for gifting for my Dad.After 6 months gifted the laptop to my dad and after the initial setup, it worked fine for few days and then it started to become extremely slow. We all tried to operate the laptop and it was really slow. Called the HP tech support and they were troubleshooting for nearly 5 hours and decided to ship the Operating system to wipe the system.After 1 week received the Operating system disc and was with Tech support trying to get it working and wasn't able to boot from the disc. Tech support requested to ship the laptop to the repair center for them to take a look.After another 10 days of wait was glad it worked fine after wiping the computer clean. After about a week again its extremely slow. Seller is not willing to take the product back,neither is Amazon.Now stuck with this broken laptop that cost nearly $500. Please be aware of which seller you are buying the product from. Donot make the mistake that I made though my intention was to gift my dad a real good laptop for him to operate.Seller : iPuzzle Online

This is a very nice 14" laptop. Within the first week it has performed well. I intend to use it as more a desktop computer. But I find the weight and compact design nice. I like the solid state memory which results in quick on/off. The company shipped the product quickly. My only gripe is related to the description which contains this feature: Optical Drive Type = DVD-ROM. I had a feeling that this laptop was not going to have a DVD-ROM so I am not very disappointed. But if you are going to list a feature then it should be part of the product. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have a tendency to use computers for a dozen years, but with the pandemic I really needed a computer with enough ram to run Windows with its bloatware. So far I am very pleased with this. It's thinner and lighter than I would have expected, and the batter holds up well. I would have preferred a larger screen, but that would compromise the portability, and this one is OK.

Seems like HP has cheapened plastic and everything in it. Just disappointed and wish a good quality company would emerge from all of these tech giants

didnt get to use it but the laptop is a Good for the kiddos for the home schooling. easy set up. sleek looking. light weight. enough storage.I'm speaking for a friend that has a few for her kids.Great Product. a fast delivery. Communication is an A+

Defective. Seller approved the return and then Sent an email stating that it had been over 30 days dice the purchase date. (Over by a day). This seller is not HP which is at the top of the image as I thought. Don’t waist your time or money.
