I should have looked for these years ago. So much better than the stock pads that I've been using. Perfect fit as well on my B16.

Better than the originals
Replaced factory gel pads that were beginning to burst on Felt B-16 with these guys. Rode them 50 miles the day after they came, and I have to say that they are much better than the originals. Extremely comfortable, and my arms don't slide around like they did on the original gel pads.
