I swapped out my WiFi SonOff's for these and it was the best decision I made. The work great with the Samsung Smart things hub and wer dead simple to install and setup, I will be buying more soon.

They connected to my zigbee network with no effort. The devices act as routers even it is not on the description. No more need of custom firmware.

Great price for a zigbee device but this isn't something you can just plug in and use. You need to be comfortable working with line voltage. It needs to be hard wired to your power and the device you want to control.I just use a small extension cord, cut it in the middle and wire the plug to the input and the outlet to the output. Now I have a smart extention cord. I can use it to control power to whatever device I want to plug into the outlet. (I have several that are controlling lamps and one controlling a fan.)Being zigbee, you will need a compatible zigbee hub (such as a SmartThings hub) to voice control it with a Google Assistant. Amazon Alexa has its own zigbee hub built in and will connect directly.

I bought these smart switches to further expand my smart home and turning some "dumb" devices into smart ones (a couple of ceiling lamps in my case). I'm a smartthings user and these switches paired immediately with the hub and work flawlessly. I already had 2 of them and got these other 2 based on the excellent experience I've had with the first pair.highly recommended. not a single glitch. extremely satisfied!(note: these are the zigbee version, which require a smart hub to work so be sure what your gear is before purchasing. if you don't have a hub, there's a WiFi version available)
