Sub doesn’t sound good. Really doesn’t perform well at all

I own 2 of these in the 18" D2 coils. These want lower tuning.. I have mine at 29hz In 11 cu ft net ported flat wall enclosure, with around 10.5 sq in per cu ft port area.They are wired all coils parallel to .5 ohm on a VFL Comp 5k being fed by a CES 40ah lto (internally balanced lithium battery) and a CES GM small case hairpin 320amp alternator. All ground points and power cable is 2/0.Point being, they can take all that power doing over 150db at 40hz ish and do it for ever without problems. But not an efficient sub. They are rowdy big power subs.

I have had mine for two years and still sounds as good as the day I bought it if you don’t have the rite box or amp/power you can ruin any good sub and make it sound horrible but if you have both of those and this sub will sound excellent

True spl subwoofer not a daily driver not if you do not have the electric or power to run it dont buy true 5k sub anything less she will not do anything
