Review: Works , I recommend - I noticed my switch buttons was getting ugly and ripping and I decided to get this I didn’t even know that can even happen to the buttons . I put the button on top of the old one and it didn’t fit so I ripped it off and it fit PERFECTLY it looks just like the old one , good as new like nothing happened and the fact it comes with several it’s perfect

**Q: Do these go over the original grips or is this the replacement of the original grips?**
A: These are replacements for the original grips if they were lost or torn.

**Q: Does it have a matte finish or is it rubbery/slippery?**
A: It has same finish as the original knob cover on the switch. Not slippery.

**Q: How do you remove the original caps without breaking the stick?**
A: They should be able go right over the old ones some do!! Others u need to pop them off their glued on so u need to be careful it’s a pain that’s why I got the bigger ones and just glue them over lol

**Q: Will it fit on Nintendo switch lite?**
A: Bought these for my Nintendo Switch Joy-con, they fit perfectly. The title says for joy-con and switch lite, so it should fit =)

I bought a used Switch from a family member. One of the thumb caps was coming off and I wanted to replace it instead of buying new joy cons. These work for what they are! You have to make sure the original cap is off and then put this one on. It is not too hard to get it over the lip of the button. My only issue is, like some others mentioned, this needs something tacky to stay on. I had no issue at all with the cap coming off when using. However; if you are moving around often and taking your Switch with you, the cap easily comes off if you hit your button a certain way. I often use my Switch at night in bed and I will lay it down to run to the bathroom or whatever. I will adjust my position or something in if my Switch has much rustling around I will find the cap came off. Other than that, this is well worth it and well worth it to not replace the whole controller.
