Haven’t used yet so cannot account for durability, comfort or water resistant

Cover started to leak after 10 months . No visible tears etc so it’s possible the water resistance coating does not last. The manufacturer stood by their product and we worked to a positive resolution. Will definitely give them another chance.

We use this to cover our patio table and chairs but I wish it had a drawstring or buckles/clips at the bottom to secure it from blowing away. Ours ends up blowing off often so will have to rig something up. Better if there was a built-in way to secure.

Sturdy, easily placed over the furniture and secured -- has kept furniture and cushions dry through several Arizona monsoons. Haven't had a dust storm to see how helpful it is - but for general wind and rain - its great

This is my second time purchasing this cover and I have mixed feelings about it, mostly because the first cover lasted less than 1 season. This season I used a lot of UV and waterproofing protector spray on it so I'll update this review next year.Positive aspects:It's an okay price for the size and it actually fits the furniture, unlike some of the other covers for sale on Amazon. It doesn't turn your furniture into an unsightly black blob.After reading the reviews of alternative covers, it lasts about as them...but not as long as my grill covers which last for a few years.Negative aspectsIt will not last more than one season before it falls apart.It's not waterproof. If you want to waterproof it, you'll need to buy cans of UV and waterproofing spray.

I used the cover for 2 months and it already tore. Wish I could replace but I’m passed the month time frame. Would not but again.

Excelent for the price.

It is only after one year and we took good care of the cover this whole time. But when the rainy season came, fabric easily ripped and my sofa got all soaked. The tape couldn’t even hold it together. Total waste of money!
