Very happy with the fit and quality of this product. The color is a little light as compared to our other tan fusions and umbrellas. The fit is exactly like the original, all seams line up perfectly. The material is stronger than the original and I would expect it to last longer. Very happy with the product.

Easily connects 3 out of 4 corners...but unfortunately the 4th corner misses by an 1.5". Addtionally, after receiving the canopy, the instructions recommended treating the canopy with a coating of 303 Waterproofing which cost another $60.00 at the sale price.After several attempts...can not get the 4th corner to fit...

Quite a pricey item, but.....it is holding up amazingly well! I am very critical as we live in the country and it is windy. Weather can be really harsh out here, so I have gone through several replacement canopies over the years. Almost one per year, which is expensive. But so far, this one has been up for about a month and the spring rains and wind have not damaged this canopy. I wish there were some color choices as I would prefer a dark brown, but if this thing comes through the entire summer in one piece, I will have nothing to complain about.

Bought it in 2015 but didn't put it on until 2016, new season. The corners are already ripping out. Disappointed as it said be strong material. Now one year later and will have to order a new one. We live in Virginia.

TOO SMALL. Could not install until I cut an inch off each of the roof members. So I don't know if the next one will be too big and not work at all. We'll deal with that when the time comes. And yes, I had the correct Lowes SKU and model used to make the order.

Received the cover as promised, however it is extremely tight and one corner tore when we experienced high winds recently, the good news is it is easily repaired with a needle and fishing line. Overall the quality of the cover seems to be good, the velcro used for the sides could be a higher grade than what is used but overall I have been satisfied with the product.
