Mouse pad not working, DVD player not ejecting not at all satisfied with the quality of the laptop delivered.

I was looking for a laptop which has latest processor, sufficient RAM, storage for my work and a bit of entertainment placed together.I previously buying experience of ASUS(Laptop which I gifted to my nephew and a mobile which I personaly use) and it was excellent but still I searched verious products including Dell, Lenovo, HP etc. after searching for almost a week, I came across this model and after comparing with other models of similar range and prices, I decided to purchase it. After using it for a month now I can say its really worth it.lightening fast while working, good sounds, fingerprint security, less boot timing etc.But yes there are some CONs like absense of backlit keyboard, no DVD writer, plastic body(its good quality plastic though), No pre installed windows, average battery backup (you still get around 5 hours)

Nice product, bit pricey, awesome performance. Disappointed with no USB C and FullHD IPS screen. M.2 option to add pcie nvme ssd is a plus.

Very good. Fastest i3 processor, ram can be easily upgraded and a extra nvme slot makes it a value for money laptop
