My holistic doctor chastised me for not getting enough sleep. I've always been a night owl and I couldn't imagine "going to bed early." He had recommended melatonin to help me with my wakefulness, so I tried these. I took 5 of the 20 mg tablets about half an hour before going to bed, and I found it was much easier to go to bed and stay asleep. They help make me sleepy at bedtime, but there are no side effects like grogginess the next morning.Since they work well and are very affordable, I've continued using them and they are great. I've ordered refills many times now (going on more than a year) and even bought some for friends who had trouble sleeping. I like things that are natural, no drugs, and that's this product. My friend said it didn't help him, but maybe his difficulty sleeping was worse than mine. I have gone from going to bed at 3 am to going to bed at 11:30 pm and that's given me more hours of sleep each night, which is good for my health!

I've purchased different types of Melatonin. These tend to work better than any other form. I went to reorder, but they wouldn't be delivered for a few weeks, despite my order stating I would have them in a few days. I canceled that order and tried the same brand, but quick dissolving. They didn't work. I'll go back to ordering these and just make sure I order well in advance of running out. I have terrible insomnia. Any sleep I can get is wonderful. I didn't get a whole night's sleep. But, I did get several hours, and I'LL TAKE IT!

I got these to assist with sleep. The flavor isn't the greatest but regardless they work well. They came quickly and quality seemed sufficient. Been using these for a few nights and have slept well.

You're supposed to let this dissolve in your mouth. It says that it is berry flavored. I'm not sure what type of berry they think this is but I suspect it's dingleberry because it tastes like ass!
