Saved our betta
This product absolutely saved our sick and dying Betta. We had no clue what was wrong with him-- just sluggish and not eating. Got to the point where he was laying on the bottom of the tank 24/7 gasping. We had tried numerous antibiotics and antiparasitic medications and everything out local fish store recommended with no luck. He just kept getting worse. Finally started losing his color and we were sure he was going to die. I read about this product online and ordered just out of desperation. We did the three treatments like it said then a partial water change. After one treatment he started perking up. After three treatments he was much better. We decided to do two more treatments after the water change and he is back to his old self-- happy, active, eating and vibrant!! I highly recommend anyone with Bettas have this in their supply as it saved our fish from his deathbed. So thankful for this product!!

I was close to euthanizing my fish before I tried this
My betta, Kieran Culkin, was looking really rough for a while. His fins were ragged and shrinking and he was lethargic, spending all of his time at the bottom of the tank. Normally, he's really active and wiggles his fins at me when I walk by (looking to be fed lol). I adjusted his heater and did a partial water change thinking it was just an issue with the temperature or water quality, but he didn't improve. In fact, he lost interest in food and became even less active. After that, I tried Imagitarium Bacterial Remedy and saw little improvement. I was pretty sure I would have to euthanize him to end his suffering because he was struggling to breathe and looked miserable. But, I decided to try this Betta Revive as a last ditch attempt at saving him. I did one dose and saw immediate improvement. Kieran was alert and swimming around again! I needed to buy several bottles because he has a 10 gallon tank, but after following the treatment plan for 3 days his improvement remained steady. I did a water change after that, and so far he's been right as rain (knock on wood) even though his fins are still growing back.I'm thinking of purchasing more of this to have on hand for any future crises!

Second round of Betta Revive
My betta girl was developing dropsy (scales slightly protruding, bloated, swimming vertically). I put her in a hospital tank (half gallon) and added 1/4 tsp of epsom salt and 4 drops of Betta Revive (this was the same concept as a post from NippyFish). Every 1-2 days I would change her water completely and add in the same meds. I did this from Sunday March 7 - Thursday March 18. I had fasted her probably from Thursday March 4- Thursday March 11 because she was so bloated at first. I ended up switching her food to Aqueon betta pellets too. She was doing wonderful, scales were going back to her body, she was (still) eating. She was swimming normally the entire time (such a fighter). I ended up putting her back into her 2.5 gallon with Kanaplex bc it’s used for Dropsy and she had some fungus/rot on her tail. I also backed away from Epsom and went back to Aquarium salt. I also switched her food to the Hikari pellets. I did one round of treatment (although i was changing some water at the 48 hr mark bc I was a bit worried on water quality) and 48 hours after the last dose she started swelling again, and it seems to be progressing much faster than the first time. I am not sure if it’s from the Hikari pellets, aquarium salt, both, or something else.So in again to the hospital tank with betta revive and epsom salt, although i will be changing her water daily this time. I will update if she gets better/worse.

My betta pulled through!
My betta was so depressed and didn't want to surface for air. I could see his fins getting smaller and they were black on the edges. He was still eating so I thought I might have a chance to cure him. I moved him to a pitcher for just over a week and gave him fresh water every day along with the drops. He was cranky for a few days but started to perk up. It's easier to replace the water and use a smaller dose if you keep them in an alternate container for a while. We called it the Fishy Hospital. I moved him back into his tank this week and he already started making a bubble nest. I don't think he loved the plastic pitcher but he's full on sassy again. I can see his fins starting to grow back already. Great product!

If you have a sick fish, this is definitely worth a try.
Unbelievable!! Right after I first purchased my Betta, he began to look splotchy. I tried several treatments, even one for ich but I was pretty sure it wasn't ich. I then ran across Betta Revive and when I tried it he cleared up within 2 or 3 days and looked great, but very slowly began to "resplotch". Frustrated, I didn't try any other treatments because they all failed and he began to look worse than ever. I thought I had done everything according to the instructions of each medication and removed the "carbon filters", but I had a bag of purigen that I left inside since it wasn't carbon , so I did a complete water change and removed the purigen. He was looking really bad and had no energy, so I decided to try the revive again as a last resort and sure enough, he has cleared up completely and is re-energized and is as beautiful as he was when I first purchased him. Its been a couple of weeks and still doing great. What is in this stuff?? I have no idea, but I am keeping a supply on hand and will use it at the first sign of a flare-up. If you have a sick fish, this is definitely worth a try. I'm sure it wont cure every problem but has been amazing for me.

Did nothing for 2 fish, dyed one of them blue
I purchased this a while back and have had to use it on two fish, the fish I initially bought it for didn't help at all and he ended up dying. A few month later I needed to use it for a different fish and if anything it made her worse and dyed her blue. I do not recommend this product

Do no harm?
Our betta, Blue Ninja was sick, possibly with velvet. Ragged fins, not eating, not coming up to say hi when we entered the room. This went on for several days. While waiting for this product to arrive we did a water change and he definitely perked up again. Eating and swimming like before. When the product arrived we thought let’s put it in his water for good measure to help him fight off any residual bacteria or funguses. The next day he was far worse. Switched out the water and added the product again. Did this for a few more days. In short he deteriorated until he died. Would not recommend. Also it stains everything blue.

Mixed Results
I recently purchased the HIKARI Betta Revive product to help improve the health of my betta fish. While I had mixed results with this product, overall I was satisfied with my purchase. Here are some pros and cons based on my experience:Pros:- The HIKARI Betta Revive product was very easy to use, and the instructions were clear and straightforward.- One of my betta fish was suffering from some health issues, and I saw a noticeable improvement after using this product. His fins looked healthier and he seemed to have more energy.- Amazon customer service was excellent in handling my issue when the package arrived damaged. They provided a refund for the product, which was very much appreciated.Cons:- Unfortunately, despite my efforts, one of my betta fish did not survive. While the product seemed to help one of my fish, it did not work for the other.- The package was damaged upon arrival, which was disappointing. While I appreciated the refund, it was still an inconvenience to have to deal with a damaged product.Overall, while I had mixed results with the HIKARI Betta Revive product, I think it is worth trying for anyone looking to improve the health of their betta fish. Just be aware that it may not work for every fish, and be sure to check the package carefully upon arrival.

Great product, wish it gave you more
Definitely helpful in curing bettas, would be nicer if you could buy it in bulk and if it was useable for larger tank settings. This is only really good for small tanks. A 3 gallon tank would need approximately 24 drops which is already over half one dropper bottle. You could probably treat in a smaller tank and use less product, but for more space is better for them.Regardless, helped me fix up a little guy that wasn't responding to nox ich and aquarium salt alone. He had pretty major fin rot, some kind of external parasite/slime coat irritated (he kept flashing but water parametres were fine), and his dorsal was covered in fungus. I had ordered the poor little fella online, and he had arrived in pretty unstable condition. But he is doing so much better now!
