Sturdy structure in the pouch, and the peanut butter is exactly the same as what is used in the regular jar. I use these for snacks at work, or for travel. I love them, and will keep using them.

We bought these specifically for a backpacking trip so that we wouldn't have to try to spread butter on tortillas with a knife. We found this size to be better than the small, single-serving options also available. It was also super handy to be able to give each person in the group their own supply of peanut butter rather than having one person have to carry a big tub around.
