I purchased for my son to use during hybrid learning due to covid-19. The purpose was to make it easier for him to be heard during zoom calls but also easier for him to mute himself without having to click his iPad screen - unfortunately the mute doesn't seem to work in the case of zoom, not sure if it's a limitation of the iPad, zoom or both because it works with Duo on android. The ability to hide (retract) the boom was a main selling feature as well.Nevertheless it has been a improvement of the many others we've collected - the battery life is unlike any other device I've seen - incredible! At the time of this review I hadn't spent any time trying to figure out the mute feature and zoom/iPad buy, I will and update this review. Important to note that connecting to BT devices is easy and quick; iPad, Amazon fire, Nintendo Switch and Samsung Note 8.I would definitely buy again and wish I'd bought from the start.***8/20/21 - today we had our first issue after 11 months of near daily use; the power button no longer works. I sent an email to support so we'll see how the repair/replace is handled. I'm hopeful given the price and the 2 year warranty they get us a working pair - my now 8 year old loves them and with school recently starting he'll need them.I'll update the status moving forward.

I get now what some of the other reviewers are saying. For $50+ with tax.. these just do not seem worth it. **Update** Have had these for about a year and updating the review based on use during that time.Pros:Bluetooth Wireless (prefer USB 2.4GHz wireless) - don't think its the headset, but more the nature of Bluetooth, but it bugs out once in a while.Retractable boom micDesign/Comfort - still fit well and comfortableBattery life has held up and we still get a couple days of regular use before needing a rechargeCons:• Cheap materials, I question the longevity of these in the hands of kids **no issues with durability, they have held up extremely well**• Not able to use stereo sound for zoom, only works with hands free AG audio that is lower quality• Only able to charge with the provided usb cable **non issue, found some cables that work to charge**• Bought the pink ones, comes with BLUE cables..• No auto off feature.. this would be HUGE to have. Kids are not going to remember to turn these off.Looking for a wireless headset in the future, I would pass on these at the $50 price tag. Good buy though if found for a bit less.

These headphones broke very easily. My child came home one day and mentioned her headphones stopped working. Turns out the connector broke off in the headphone port. Had to remove it using tweezers which I almost couldn't do. Emailed support and asked if I could have a new cable only since the headphones still worked. They said no they don't give individual cables, but I could get a new set of headphones under warranty IF I showed them that I threw the old (functioning) ones in water... That took me back because they are literally encouraging the creation of e-waste by making me intentionally destroy a functioning set of headphones for no reason other than to avoid sending out a new pair of headphones. Never buying another Jlab product again...

The video and box are misleading! You cannot use these wireless in Xbox for those who don't know! It comes with a mini charger not a C. The sound is super low. The battery charge seems ok. For plug in or phone use they are ok or TV thru Bluetooth. These were bought to use wireless with Xbox and they have to be plugged in to controller then to Xbox then you have sound! Then you can unplug from Xbox and should still have sound. I'm no sure what issue causes this it is an unnecessary step! The volume really makes them useless for me and would have returned if I was able to use them and figure out before the date to send back. With volume on hi I can still hear people talking or the TV it really makes it hard to hear what's even going on in the game if you need to hear to move on. They are decent material IMO. They are not cheap quality. If they were for the phone or whatever they only thing would be low sound quality. I have cheaper headphones like $10 ones off Amazon that have amazing sound. Have not been able to try mic yet! Will update when able to try if there's any issues!

Great for set for gaming. We used them for my son at car races to muffle the sound. Worked great.

I purchased several pairs of headphones for my kids and these were by far the best. Sturdy. Didn't hurt their ears. We have a bit of trouble connecting every day, but usually on the third or fourth time the Bluetooth connects. My 8 year old can do it no problem, so this certainly isn't a deal breaker since every headset and mouse has had this problem so far.

Bought for daughter to use for online school. She loves them and uses them for school and gaming with her friends. Excellent product. Seller sent item quickly and has been excellent to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.
