Much better quality than the grease kitchenaid uses in the stand mixers off the line. Had to replace ALL of the grease when my husband and I found a mixer at a thrift store. The previous owners most likely stored it above their stove, and the continuous exposure to moisture and heat caused a lot of the grease to liquify, and it shredded the worm gear. We bought a new one and this grease at the same time, used all of this one and most of another tub, and the mixer works like new! I will definitely buy again if it needs another repair in the future

I like knowing I am using food safe grease in my Kitchen aid stand mixer. I replaced all gears and lubricated with that s product. It now runs quieter and works better than new!

I use this to grease my mother‘s KitchenAid mixer. Cleaned out the old congealed black grease and use this to service the unit. Easy to work with.

Used this when tearing down and servicing/repairing(pinion gear, brushes, speed control, gasket and o-ring all OEM parts) a well used K45SS which is used mainly making pasta dough which is not exactly light duty. Works very good and much easier to get and less expensive than OEM. Have been making pasta dough weekly for several months since and mixer hums along like new. I'll be servicing mixer a little more frequently now, either annually or biennially using this brand of food safe grease.

All of the pinions and gears on a mixer need to be completely and generously covered. There was plenty of grease with just a small amount left over so waste wasn’t much of an issue. Since this is the first gear overhaul in 20 years I don’t see the point in having more than this amount.

This grease is easy to use to replace the ugly grease in an old mixer. Great feel; not too greasy to apply and clean up. Just the right amount for a stand mixer.
