So Far, So Good
Picking an electric kettle based on reviews turned out to be tricky because there seemed to be a lot of options with mostly poor reviews or others that varied widely from one person to another. I finally decided on this one and after several weeks I am still very happy with it. Everything looked good out of the box and worked exactly as described. I prefer the easily adjustable temperature on this one and have been using it for coffee and tea. Time will tell how durable it is over time but so far, no issues to report.

Easy for older kids to use
My daughters (9&11) love making tea and I wanted them to be more independent without having to use the stove. It’s easy for them to fill, set the temperature, and serve. I love that they can set the “keep warm” function and I can pour a cup when I want some as well. I wish it heated a little quicker; I wouldn’t say it’s any faster than the stove. I also noticed that one of the buttons is already seeing wear, and it’s only 2 weeks old (see picture). It’s good quality and I like the bright light when the water is boiling.

Cheap Make of an Older Model
We bought this electric kettle to replace an older model that was in stainless steel. (We have really hard water, and scale is a problem on the stainless version, so we wanted to replace it with glass.)In the first photo, you can see that two buttons are labeled 200F/French Press. We know from our older model (second photo for comparison) that the bottom right is the Boil/Black option. This is just a cosmetic defect, and the second 200F button does the boil option, but it's still annoying and an example of poor quality control.Additionally, the buttons and lid just feel really cheap compared to the older model, like they will wear out faster.Ultimately, though, the product is a functional replacement for the purpose we needed it for.

Get into Hot Water Fast
I absolutely love the Look of this product on my counter. I love the way it works...fast, boiling hot!It has one downfall, it is heavy, but to be fair I have limited use of my hands due to arthritis and several surgeries. The average person may dis agree. None the less, I use it, and I love it.

Mostly a good kettle
This kettle works well and cost much less than other brands. The water heats quickly and is much hotter than water heated in the microwave. On my unit at least the keep warm feature seems hit or miss, sometimes it will keep the tea at the set temperature for the 30 minutes other time sit seems to shut off early.
