I've struggled with weight my entire life & have usually gained weight back because of cravings, especially for sweets. I've tried many products in conjunction with diet and exercise with limited success. I've been using garcinia cambogia alone for some time in conjunction with following Weight Watchers and trying to get in at least 3 decent exercise sessions each week' GC did/does help some with cravings but not fully. I'd find myself weaking and snacking (mostly on carbs) by night's end. My weight loss with WW has been satisfactory though slow, slower than I'd like. As of Friday evening I noticed I wasn't feeling hungry and had no real cravings. When a 'food idea' popped into my head I was able to move past it. Even better I felt/feel good. All weekend long I was able to eat sensibly but well and even dined out at a BBQ place Saturday and had two drinks. I weighed myself this a.m. and was down 3.4 lbs. from last Thursday!!! Even better my BMI had s***ed downward slightly which means I'm losing fat! I'm so pleased I just ordered another bottle this a.m. Even if nothing else has worked, give this a try. It's highly effective.
