Excellent, so easy to use and reaches all the nooks and crannies

The original one was broken but a return was accepted without quibble. The replacement arrived quickly and works well. It allows the head to be flipped over so that one side can be used to spray and wipe before flipping the head over to dry and polish the floor.

This mop is really helpful. The head is big and well designed with a flip side so it is easy to apply cleaning solution, turn and wipe/polish in one action. Simple. When assembling, you will find that the instructions are incredibly small BUT, there are indications on the poles to direct the fitting but to attach the complete pole int the head -------it needs turning preferably on a flat surface while inserting THEN CLICK. Really good.TB.

Ive purchased 2 of these mops now. Both times the spray stopped working very soon after getting them.When it does work its good.

wonderful invention for making cleaning laminate flooring well. Easy to fill with detergent or water and makes mopping floors fast and efficient.

This is a great idea, a flip over mop with a large enough water container to clean all my downstairs rooms. You can add whatever you like to the water to keep your floors clean, I tend to pour some antibacterial kitchen cleaner in and find this works on laminate and tiles.The microfibre cover is easy to wash, but I’d have preferred to have found 2 covers in the box, especially for the price.The only real problem is the handle, if you put any pressure on it you can feel it start to give, unfortunately I’ve had issues with Vileda handles over recent years and they’re simply not as good as they used to be and tend not to be replaceable. Given this and the actual feeling of weakness in the handle I think charging over £30 for a mop assembly and one cover is expensive. I had hoped it would be stronger.

Good mop light easy to fill into bottle. Works well, can wash the pad in washing machine easily.
