Product fine but if you have a combination rain shower and hand shower it’s best to change both from the same manufacturer as there can be a significant colour difference.

Fitted well, would use again. Less than half the cost of a well known brand.

Very happy with the quality and the price. No water leak even under very high pressure. Happy with the purchase only wished the coils were finer. I will use the brand again.

Very good quality, solid metal connecting nuts. Connects to mixer tap and to shower head without any leaks.

I bought this “universal” flexible shower hose, hoping that even I would find it straightforward to fit, having read the reviews. Firstly, there were no instructions at all, not even a basic diagram indicating what washers went where. It looked simple enough, so I tried and tried with various combinations of washers, but although I screwed it into the shower control box ok, there was no combination where it didn’t leak. In the end my kind neighbour (electrician) saved the day, but he had to turn off the power and remove the front of the box to fit the hose correctly so it didn’t leak. It’s fine now, but What a palaver!

Bought on 22/10/2024 to fit to my hand-held shattaf bidet. Fitted perfectly. However, it is now leaking in two places on the hose. As I am writing this on 16 /11/24, that means it has lasted less than a month. I cannot stress how much I recommend avoiding this shower hose. It is clearly badly manufactured and just not suitable for purpose. Go for Mira, Triton, H&S or Ideal Standard. This is clearly a case of your get what you pay for! If I could give zero stars, I would just for the inconvenience of having to go without my bidet whilst I get an alternative hose. Recommend that Amazon stops listing this totally useless brand.
