Tuff Support 2 Pieces (Set) Front Hood Lift Supports Fits 2015 to 2021 Nissan Murano

Installed on a Nissan Murano 2016. It was quick and simple. Now my hood stays up.

Easey peasey to replace ... YouTube vids on how could be better. Just use a small flat head screwdriver to smimmy the retainer clip to release the ball joint and do the same just enough on the new ones (do not remove the clip -- you'll never get it back on) to click back onto the ball joint and move the clip back into place. A hood strut clamp (available separately and very inexpensive) makes the job even easier.

The hood of my car would not stay up unless I held it there with my hand or a different object so I bought these. They fit great! It was easy to install, very sturdy my hood opens and stays open. And if you don’t know how to install it, you can go to AutoZone or any car shop and they will usually do it for you for free. I’m happy with my purchase.

Put these on, they are great, work as they should.

Have to say these were delivered fast and on time and they were very easy to install, it literally took me less than five minutes to remove the old worn out pair and install the new ones never had to pop the clip back on the new pair just push on and they snap into place how long they will last only time will tell I do know after installing the first one it was holding the hood open with no problem so they seem to be pretty strong. I would definitely purchase again if needed for other vehicles.

They work well. The supports activate the hood and drive it up quickly.. get a little bounce.
