I bought this to cover over some tubs I have in the garden as I decided to grow some potatoes this year. Discovered that something had chewed some of the seed potatoes and suspected birds at first, but as it was happening at night, more likely to be rats as the neighbours constantly smother the ground with bird food, and we have had a problem with rats ever since the neighbours moved n. This does the job perfectly. It is very stiff and a bit difficult to bend, unlike chicken wire, but this is protecting my potatoes, so I would thoroughly recommend it.
