Tidal RumBest Rum Winner at the Best 100 Taste Awards, 70cl

Thought I would try this but was not expecting too much as Jersey is not exactly known as Rum central.Read that its infused with seaweed and sounds strange but don't let that put you off.So if I blind tasted this I would say its exceptionally smooth and with a hint of spiced infusion...it basically sits right in the middle between an Appleton 12 year and a Captain Morgan spiced...perfect middle ground!I mix my rum if diet coke and often a Rum is best after sitting for 10-20 mins but this is perfect straight from the bottle.Oh, and for the record not even a hint of sea or seaweed to it.Very impressed and will 100% buy again...and no I don't work for them, I just appreciate a decent rum!Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Pretty dubious of this at first as I’d heard about the smoked pepper dulse and wasn’t sure how that would translate into the rum as I’ve had some failed smoked rums in the past. However, a really warm, smooth finish and genuine smoked undertones. Tastes strong but that’s what you want. Got an up-market feel and nice with many mixers, ginger ale, tonic, coke. Truly delicious. Bottle’s a nice shape too, don’t see many like that, and same with colour. Well impressed, hard to get right but this one does, shall be back, would make good presents too. Good value for money I would say.

Absolutely love this rum! Heard about it from a friend and was sceptical as not usually a rum person. But it’s absolutely delicious, it’s taste is completely unique, it doesn’t have that vicious bite you usually get with rum. It’s deliciously smooth with a rounded salty taste. It’s a real joy to drink and the bottle is beautiful!

2nd bottle the price is a little much but it a treat esp for Bank HolidayBeautiful RumBUTPersonal preference needs a wee bit more salt it can be very very sweet but it still brilliant really is

A rum with a distinctive taste ideal straight with ice or with a mixer. Let down by poorly designed labeling on the bottle
