Great product - I suffer from really cold feet and also from a foot condition called plantar fasciitis. I was recommended these insoles as they massage your feet, and so increase circulation in your feet. I have tried a lot of different products without much success, but I can honestly say these really work. They are a little strange at first but you get used to them quite quickly and you can really feel the massage as you walk. It’s a nice relaxing feeling. They are a little pricey for insoles but totally worth it. The Kenkoh store do a similar one on Amazon but they are much more expensive and not as good, the nobbly massage bits and the shape of the Revs ones have been designed really well, and the material is really comfortable, your feet don’t sweat in them either which can sometimes happen with insoles. I swap them around different shoes but it would be much easier to have different insoles for different shoes. I’ll put some on my Christmas list! They have really helped me not just for my cold feet but also my plantar fasciitis - my heels were so sore I could hardly walk sometimes but I can honestly say I am almost pain free after only a week or so. 5 stars, totally recommend. Great customer service too from Revs, they are a UK based company but I got mine delivered from Amazon.com so I got them within 2 days.

I love the feel of my Adidas Adissage sandals and wanted the same from a shoe. I couldn't find shoes with nubby massaging insoles, but these inserts did the trick. They were easy to trim to fit my shoes. The nubs are a bit more pointy than the Adissage, so the massage effect is more pronounced, which some people might find painful. To those people, I say give them time and you will get used to them. For me, they do a nice job of stimulating the bottoms of my feet and I can wear them for 6-7 hours (without socks) before they start to bother me. For long days on my feet I'm glad I have them because my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. I hesitated paying such a high price, but they are quality inserts and look like they will last a long time. I might consider buying another pair in the future but for now, I'll just switch them out as I change my shoes.

After about 5 min. of using these, I said "No way" these are uncomfortable. But, then I said, I paid a lot for thes I have to try and give them a fair chance. So out the door I went and surprisingly I had a great day. No foot pain, I have neuropathy, which nothing has helped they burn and ache and just plain hurt badly. Well, No foot pain! Arthritic knees did not bother me either, it did make me feel like normal again. These are worth every penny I will be ordering more. Of course, I still felt the rubber nubs under my feet but NO PAIN. Thank you

Good product, but disappointed in the lack of arch support. Does help massage feet when walking, but rubs the socks and creates sock fuzz that you must clean out. My feet feel better after wearing these. A little pricey for what you get imo.

Helps with circulatory and plantar fascia issues.Simple trim-to-fit guide.Disappointed that in some shoes (flats, loafers, ...) they take up too much space, not leaving enough for feet.So, I just use them in athletic/walking type shoes.At time-of-purchase they seemed pricey, but after experiencing the benefits they provide, they are well worth it.

I thought these insoles were going to be like the addisage flops, nothing like it. The insole say it’s for up to size 10, I wear size ten and it has much more room in my shoe. If you wear a shoe smaller than 10 it may fit you, do not buy it if you have a bigger foot. It feels as if the nubs should continue all the way to the top of the toes, it cuts out at the heels of your toes. Strongly disappointed.

I work at a hospital, on my feet all day. I come home with foot pains. Since I’ve used this, my foot pains are a minimum at the end of the day. Took a while to deliver but I highly recommend them.

Ich kenne die Marke aus Dubai, wo ich einen Stand von ihr sah und schon damals dachte, oh, das sieht ja echt hilfreich aus.Dann hab ich sie hier wiederentdeckt und dennoch lange überlegt, wegen dem Preis...aber ohne Grund! Es lohnt sich!Ich litt an einem sehr schmerzhaften Fersensporn, den ich mit Stosswellen behandeln lassen habe, dennoch blieb ein Restschmerz. Ich trage die Einlagen ein paar Stunden auf der Arbeit oder auch privat und fühle mich danach total leicht, entlastet und fit! Das ist unglaublich! Ich denke, das liegt an der Akkupressurwirkung. Ich bin begeistert und werde sie auch meiner Tochter schenken.Sollten sie zu lang sein, kann man sie sogar anpassen, indem sie zugeschnitten werden.Einfach nur das Geld wert, bin echt erleichtert, dass es sich gelohnt hat 😊

Finalmente ho risolto il problema della mia fascite plantare. Ottimo, la metto su ogni tipo di scarpe.

Las he recibido hoy y después de llevarlas, unas 8 horas, he de decir que aguantan muy bien y son consistentes, a lo que hay que añadir que el pie no suda nada y por ahora, duele menos, al igual que los gemelos que no se cargan tanto. No son las típicas de espuma (memory foam) o de gel pues son más duras, pero eso no quiere decir que incomodas, aún así con unos calcetines gruesos son ideales para estar de pie. Quizás con las de espuma o gel se pueda aguantar más horas de pie, o andando, pues son más blanditas, pero al menos en mi caso, suda bastante el pie, con lo que ello puede conllevar, es decir humedad, incomodidad y olor. Con estas plantillas, tranquilidad absoluta que eso no ocurrirá.

Revs, Reflexology Massage Insoles. Revitalise Your Sole and way to walk your way to well-being.I love these in-soles and think they are definitely worth the money! I bought the Revs flip flops earlier in the summer and thought they were great, so thought I would try the in-soles now I have moved to wearing shoes and boots for winter. I am on my feet a lot and get pain in the ball of my foot but I find these really supportive. It says on the box that you would need to cut them to fit your shoes - I didn't need to but don't think it would be a problem, you wouldn't lose any of the nodules. It only took me a day or two to get used to the flip flops so it was fine moving to these in-soles. I would highly recommend these, lovely company to deal with - they are very happy to help.
