My parents are using this phone in Latin America.I’m giving 5 starts to a cell phone under $200 that looks good and works good for the price.The product I received was as advertised. The box is sealed from the factory, no scratches and received my product well protected. I like to be the first one opening my products, I’m happy I was the first person doing the unboxing of my phone. I was scary with those reviews that said (received box with charger but the cell phone was not in the box).The shipping was fast.The seller put very good attention to details by adding an adapter for users in the USA and Several Countries in Latin America, this is because this cell phone comes with European charger which requires to use an adapter in USA and Latin America. From the factory, this cell phone comes with a (Type B) connector, the seller added a (Type A) adapter which I appreciate.My parents do not play games, they are normal users, social media, YouTube, WhatsApp, calls and not heavy use. They normally get two days from one change of the battery.The camera works, I’m not going to say is very good, but I understand that for the price, is intermediate camera.

Proves you don't need to spend a mint on a really good device!Fast, nice display etc. Does EVERYTHING I need it to do and then some. Xiomi knows what they are doing.This is my first Xiomi device, but 100% not my last. Don't hesitate, get one!Using mine flawlessly on MINT mobile. TMobile mvno.

Really good phone. Does what it says it does and then some. But in retrospect, I would recommend the redmi 9s. Pretty much the same but with a better camera.

Built-in Xiaomi software is defective. Xiaomi software to transfer data from old phone doesn't properly scan for irregularities when installing onto new phone. Sellers of this product should be aware of this factory issue.Phone is good. Software needs to be fixed.

Mi nina tiene un tiempo usándolo y la verdad es que esta encantada con su celular. Es muy practico, liviano, batería de larga duración, excelente calidad de las fotos. Lo único es el cargador, por el tipo de conector, hay que comprarle un adaptador.

The phone looks and feels good. The transfer of data from my Moto 6 went well. However, this phone does not support Wi-Fi calling. I know this hard to believe but I searched every where on the phone for it and it's not there. I also did numerous web searches and the Wi-Fi call option is not where it is shown on the videos. I use Consumer Cellular and they couldn't help me since it is not a commonly used phone.Be aware there is no online support. There is a forum and you can submit a comment via an app on the phone. But there is nothing saying they will get back to you. I have submitted comments through both of these but have not heard back. If I do hear back with a fix, I will revise this review. Otherwise I'm sending the phone back.Never heard from them so I got a refund from Amazon. I should note that the cellular calls were fine but the wifi calling is important to me. Also I felt the lack of support was a bad omen of things to come.
