I absolutely loved this sprouted brown rice. The texture is firm but tender, and it has a rich, nutty flavor that really stands out. I prepared it Caribbean-style: first, I heated a little oil in a pan and toasted the dry rice for about two minutes until it developed a deeper, nutty aroma. That step makes a huge difference — it enhances the flavor beautifully. Then I added water and cooked it as directed. The result was fluffy, flavorful rice with a slightly toasted taste that pairs perfectly with beans, vegetables, or any savory dish. Great quality, cooks well, and tastes amazing. I will definitely buy it again

I loved everything about this sprouted brown rice! The price was the best I found and the quality excellent! There's no comparison to regular brown rice. This has a much fresher taste and smell which would indicate higher nutrition. I've purchased it several times and plan to see if there are larger quantities available.

Definitely not the cheapest rice but I do believe that sprouted is a healthier version so I'll pay the extra. And this brand did not disappoint. I have a rice cooker so I just pour in rice and water, then set it and forget it.... and it comes out perfect every time. I add this rice to soups, salads, and my fave, stir frys with lots of veggies,.... but honestly, it' good enough to eat on it's own with a little it of butter and salt and pepper.

I love the product. But have become fearful of the cyanide that is supposedly in brown rice..ugh

This is the healthiest rice you can find. If you make it in a rice cooker don't add additional water as you would for normal brown rice. During the sprouting process water was already added so too much water during cooking in a rice cooker will result in mush. Pro tip: If you add a little coconut oil during cooking it will further lower the glycemic value.

This is the best sprouted brown short grain rice on the market, in my opinion. It cooks well in my rice cooker on the brown rice setting (no manual pre-soaking required), without coming out grainy or tough or mushy like other brands I tried. Tender and clumps together just right. I just wish it was continuously available, came in a larger size, and was consistently SNAP EBT eligible (shipped and sold by Amazon).

Delicious, doesn’t have that weird brown rice flavor that the Asian Best brand has. Because it’s sprouted, it doesn’t take as long to cook. I did high pressure for 18m, 10m natural release in my instant pot and it was perfect.

What started as a first food for the baby turned into an all around family favorite! We now only buy this rice and very much wish sprouted rice was sold at our grocery.
