Perfect for my new doors. The Matte Black finish looks sleek and modern. Installation was straightforward, even for someone not very handy. These door knobs fit well and feel sturdy. I am extremely happy with their appearance and quality. Microban protection is an added bonus, keeping them cleaner longer.

These doorknobs are great! They look so sleek, and fit great. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand. This doorknob feels very solid compared to other cheap doorknobs, highly recommend.

My wife and I were looking to change out our builder grade door hardware and found these by Kwikset. I've had Kwikset locks before but not standard door knobs and didn't know what to expect. These really have exceeded all of my expectations and fit in great with the look of our paneled door. I found them very easy to install and was able to switch out each old knob in under 15 minutes. The knob comes with all of the hardware needed to replace the old hardware including matte black strike plate, face plate, and screws. The knobs have a beautiful and durable matte black finish that I think contrast well with white doors. They even endured a scratch I thought I left from accidentally running the tip of my screwdriver on the knob's side and wiped off well. These are also reversable and can be used on either left or right side door knobs (this is done by being able to remove the actual knob with a hex allen L wrench to flip it). Compared to my old knobs, the Pismo set is sturdier, a tad harder to turn to open the door, and is smooth when turning. They also do not move around when pulling on them. The last thing I want to mention that I love about them is the additional key it comes with to unlock just in case you need to bypass the lock. Using the small hole in the front, the small L shaped, flat head type key twists the locking mechanism from the inside and allows you to unlock the door. I also found that the key is also small enough to hide above my top door trim piece. Overall, I love the color and how sturdy this knob is compared to other door knobs I've had in the past. It works well and based on my experience after using it daily for several months, I hope and don't expect to have any issues! Note: The interior "Privacy" knobs are the ones that have the lock on them as compared to the "Passage" or "Dummy" (not lockable) knobs.

Since I was looking to change out all the door knobs I needed something that was more cost effective. I ran across these during my search and was impressed with what I read. I decided to order one to test out before committing. I installed the initial door knob in my bedroom and used it for a month before making a decision. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of the product. Not only was it incredibly easy to install, but it also looked much more expensive than what it truly was. I ordered 8 more for the rest of my house and 6 months later and I’m still in love with them. All have held up extremely well too!

This door knob with a square backplate is a great match for a modern aesthetic, especially alongside my square deadbolt. The design is sleek and contemporary, adding a polished look to any door. However, installation was more frustrating than expected—the screws were very difficult to align properly with the pre-drilled holes, making the process unnecessarily difficult.
