Knitter's Pride-Dreamz Fixed Circular Needles 40", Size 11/8mm

Though I’m kind of new to knitting, these have quickly earned top spot for my favorite knitting needles. The wood finish is excellent and allows the yarn to move freely, no binding. Even the tubing is easy to work with. Honestly I was about to give up on knitting from frustration. I have tried several brands but no more, this is my go to. It costs a few extra bucks but very worth it.

Only issue I had was the yarn gets caught on the spot where the wooden needle meets the metal band. You have to stop and adjust and pull the yarn over it every couple of stitches

I love knitter's pride needles, they are my favorite, and I have grown to be so excited when I can add a new pair to my existing stash! However, this most recent purchase sadly missed the mark as the tip of one of the needles has a large chunk missing from it. It is rough, jagged, and sharp. Unfortunately, I didn't open up the needles to start a new project until after the return window had passed so I was unable to receive a replacement. Even worse, the piece of wood for these needles must have been flawed or damaged in some way because the chunk grew even larger after knitting a few rows. Disappointed but will definitely continue to purchase from this company, however, I will be mindful in the future to check the quality of the items as soon as they arrive.

Well made and durable which day a lot for me. I am not easy on stuff. But, love it so much!!

As a new knitter using them was easier than trying to learn with smaller needles. They were comfortable to hold but the wire was a bit annoying at first as it was in a large loop that wouldn't straightening until after adding the yarn and working a few rows. Try straightening it out before first use and placing a book or 2 on top of the wire, to hold in place, for a couple days and see if that helps. Overall though, I loved these needles, I have made 2 baby blankets with them already.

I'm in the middle of a large blanket and the cord broke from the needle. Not only do I have to purchase a new needle, but will probably have to take out at least 2 rows because stitching came loose when it broke. I did like the needles and they were easy to use and lightweight, however I am very disappointed that they broke after just 6 months of use.
