The item quality was very satisfactory. To be specific, I am extremely satisfied with its build quality, user friendly, easy to clean. Also the material used is pure SS and rust proof. A truely value for money. Also it feels perfectly well balanced while using.

So after going through the reviews and massive star rating, I decided to buy my mom this handy tool to make snacks at home. Lets start with pros, cause it will be the shorter list: PROS: 1) Lightweight and easy to use. Might look daunting to some homemakers assuming pressing the tool would require immense power. Not the case as I found it easy to load and press down without much fuss. 2) Easy enough to figure out the mechanics even for a complete newbie. CONS: 1) Absolute questionable build quality. Stainless steel but only on the surface(?). The inner parts were already rusting. Refer to the picture for details. 2) Both the Kitchen Press and the accessory box bundled up in a flimsy plastic packaging with not a few words written on how to use/maintain the product. Though I quickly figured out the basic usage, it simply was disappointing that they cut corners to such degree as well. 3) The accessory box was a nightmare to open. A hard circular rubber encasing houses all the attachments but its quality leaves a lot to be desired. I almost ripped my nail off trying to separate both rubber casings. 4) Worse of the CONS was the cleaning. I kid you not, the cylindrical chamber pushes a good chunk of batter right into the topmost section. That means unless you wanna take the risk of ripping out the red plastic bit, you will be stuck with submerging the entire press in soap water immediately after use. But even then I spent a good 20 minutes pumping out all the batter chunks. Truly a nighmarish experience. And this brings me to the final observation: I got a used product. The signs were there. A deep cut on the accessory, clearly indicating someone used a sharp tool on it and I can't blame em- the darn thing feels like its glued shut. Then the press itself started shedding black particles on the first wash and kept dropping them, a sign that it was used but returned without proper cleaning and the seller didn't care to either. To sum it up, the squishing mechanism itself feels like it won't last long. One of the inner pieces was already rusting out, who knows what else would have given up shortly. Not recommended, no matter how reasonably priced it may seem.

Working fine for the time being. I don't mind the screeching sounds it's just metal to metal friction.
