Good battery for QRP radio
Great little battery. Using it to power an FT-817ND amateur radio. It holds up for several days of active use. No problems with the battery at all to date. Good price and a good product. My bigger battery ran out for my FT-891 and this little battery stepped in for a while at 100w and lasted for over an hour, so it definitely punches well above its weight.

Good batteries for a steady discharge
Good batteries originally bought for an old 24V electric bike but these have an internal circuit breaker so they will cut out when throttle is engaged in the bike. I replaced them with some hi discharge batteries which worked great. I used these in a homemade power box and they are working just fine.

This battery is overpriced garbage
The media could not be loaded. Well, I reviewed a lot of batteries, and this one is the worst of them all. I bought this battery a while ago but didn't have time to test it. I charged the battery according to the specifications with a Victron charger and connected my meter without any load and as you can see the voltage dropped from 9V to 8.57V in just a few seconds. You’d think that the Undervoltage Protection should prevent the battery from going below 10.6V but it wasn't the case here. I tried contacting their customer service via the form provided by Amazon and got no response. I then sent them an email. They responded and asked me to provide some evidence. In the next email, they asked me to provide them with my shipping address. And only after that, they told me that I have to pay for the return. They claim you have a “10 years lifetime warranty” but you’ll have to send your defective battery back. This battery is highly overpriced. You can get 6 or 7Ah batteries from other brands for half-price. If I pay for the shipping the total cost of this battery will be enough to buy 20Ah from Chins. I don't know about you, but I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I refused to pay for the shipping and now I am stuck with a dead battery.

Excellent customer service
My battery stopped working after 2.5 years, well past the end of their warranty. I called ExpertPower customer service, not expecting them to replace it but hoping they could help me troubleshoot it. Not only did they help me troubleshoot it, they let me bring in the battery for testing when we couldn't figure out the issue over the phone. I live 15 min away from their warehouse so I just drove there in person as I was hoping to use it that weekend. They found out that there was an issue with the BMS and sent me out the door with a brand new battery. I didn't have to pay a penny even though my warranty had already expired.

Great!
The product was much lighter than the original one and way better! Also had full charge when installed (which is not common for most batteries). I love it and highly recommend it!

Excellent AGM replacement for camper/RV
So far so good. The battery arrived earlier than promised in good condition and was well packaged. I replaced two 200 ah AGM batteries with this one 200 ah battery in my camper van. In the process I lost about 150 lbs of battery weight and probably added a bit of capacity as the AGM batteries were old.Coming from conventional batteries the first hurdle is that it's hard to know what the state-of-charge of a new LIFEPO4 battery is. The battery was at about 13.3V and that's the value roughly associated with about a 50% range of state-of-charge for LIFEPO4. I connected a small 4amp LIFEPO4 charger and basically nothing happened to voltage for about a day. Then finally the voltage went up and current decreased. I think the battery's state-of-charge was about 55% when it arrived.Since then I have run various tests and the battery has been unflappable. It simply stays at 12.3V unless topped off. I connected a 100 amp load and voltage dropped to 12.6V while the load was active for about 5 minutes. When the load was disconnected it immediately went back to 13.3V. During that test I noticed that the negative terminal got very hot which had me worried. But when I looked closer I noticed that I had wedged the cable lug between 2 washers rather than having it in direct contact with the battery terminal. When I removed the bottom washer and repeated the test, the terminal remained as cool as the positive terminal. Now installed in my camper the battery works great and gets charged by solar, the alternator (via a DC-DC charger) or an AC charger depending on where I am. It runs a Dometic fridge 24/7.Time will tell if the battery is reliable but at this point I am very happy with the product.***2.5 year update***: The battery is still going strong. I have had zero issues with it after 30+ trips in my camper van. Runs my fridge and a bunch of appliances without a problem. Charges up fast. I have not noticed any reduction in capacity.
