Can I use these with a perforated ear drum?

I have a hole in my left ear drum and so far these have been fine for me. I haven't caught an ear infection since wearing them. They have different size bands that you can attach to best fit your ears.

No there are 3 different size black pieces and they fit inside your ear in the bit that curves around. I have the small in mine and they have never fallen out. I did 50 lengths non stop the other day and they were still in. I find if you pull your ear upwards and then insert them they stay put.
