BarbourAshby Wax Jacket in Navy (XS)

Perfect 100% authentic jacket.

I am very happy with this Barbour Ashby jacket, which I understand is a more trim version of the Bedale. I have never owned a Bedale, but based on recommendations I sized up from a medium to a large and it fits perfectly. Great seller too, the jacket arrived in less than a week!

This is a great jacket as advertised and delivered by seller in a very timely fashion considering it comes from England in these times. One caution though, make sure to check your size. I had a Beaufort Lightweight (no longer made) for many years in a medium and it is a generous fit. A medium in the Ashby did not fit, so I had to return and due to time had to shop elsewhere. Return processed promptly less shipping, so my mistake was costly in shipping and time.

I got the classic Barbour jacket I wanted at a very good price. Not made in England anymore but if you go to the Barbour outlet (I did)...they (Ashby) aren't made in England anymore there either. Compared to other models that are made in merry old U.K. I could not find any difference in construction, materials, quality etc. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect blend of classic style without the baggy fit. The medium Ashby fit me well, I normally wear a 40R in suit jacket. Sleeve length is perfect and I can layer a sweater underneath. I’m 6 ft tall and 150 lbs. Seller was a pleasure to work with and resolved a minor issue. Shipping speed was incredibly fast UK to US.

Although I ordered a “L”. Several days of wear during cold weather , I realized it was too tight.

Bought this for my husband. Size XXL. The largest. Not much wriggle room. Fits but could have been slightly roomier.

Perfect coat, with a perfect fit. Initially, having read the comments of it running small I ordered an XXL. Had to send it back and reorder in an XL (my usual size). Got it and its perfect. Couldn't ask for more...except maybe a hood and a liner..but there for next time.

Very nice seller,very nice jacket,the only pity is not made in UK,this one is made in Moldova.

Bought as a Christmas present for my partner, he absolutely loves the coat and it fits well, I had to get him try it on before I wrapped it up! He's going to live showing this off at the next game shoot!
