I don't normally go for phones as expensive as this one and people look at me as if I've gone mad when I tell them the price, but at the end of the day, phones aren't just phones anymore, especially this one. You can turn this into a computer, the camera is better than my actual cameras, it's the place I store all my music on, I've used this as notepad to write down shopping lists for family, I do all my shopping on there and everything else. I'm very happy with my phone, I've never had a Samsung phone before. I'm not someone who sticks with the same brands, I've had all sorts and this is by far the best. I don't see myself replacing this phone in a hurry but if I do, I'd stick with Samsung. Battery is ok, not brilliant as it does go down quite fast when you're using it as much as I do. It does come with a super fast charger though and charge time is very quick with that, I put it on charge when it's really low and come back to it in about half hour and shocked every time when I see it at 100%, so it's a godsend if you're like me and forget to charge your phone and don't like to leave it on over night. If you don't use the plug that came with the phone however, you'll be waiting hours and hours, even if you have a super fast charging lead. The plug is important. There is one snag I have about this phone however. My last phone I could effortlessly pay with my phone, but on this one I had to get the Curve app. I was nervous of this at first as I've never heard of a Curve card but I got it, loaded it on my phone, had problems with it and I had to get involved with customer services a few times, and I still have trouble paying on my phone. It could be the cover on my phone, but I don't want to keep taking the cover off for it to 'might' work so I just use my card. My confidence paying with my phone is gone. Overall though, best phone I've ever had.

It's the best Android phone on the market, period. Being an iPhone user for almost a decade, I always wanted to switch to android for many reasons, but never find a phone that can actually replace the iPhone I had at the time. Well, that just changed. This is just a small laptop, Camera? more than you will ever need. Screen? Huge, beautiful, clear, responsive, amazing. Quality? It's made of metal and glass. No cheap plastic, no rough edges, it's excellent. Now, what's wrong? Why the sad face? Packaging, the box looks so cheap that I thought I got scammed and received a counterfeit unit. Cheap and crappy packaging just like a100£ pocophone, oppophone, or whatever. And the price. Those are the only two complaints about this phone. If you can afford it go for it because over one thousand flagships are the new normal and we are only going high. Inflation, Inflation, Inflation. Although you can get cheaper units like do almost the same, this is premium. It just feels like quality. Now about the Snapdragon, well we can't get that here in the UK. And I think that nowhere in Europe so, that is also a thing to consider.

I bought this as a 'nearly new' phone and it really is in excellent condition, nary a blemish on its gorgeous screen and body. However, coming from a Huawei Mate 20 Pro I notice that the Samsung isn't nearly as good with the facial recognition or the fingerprint unlock which is a bit annoying. Battery life is ok but not stellar. I have most of the premium features switched on though but I don't see the point in dumbing everything down - I bought it for the great screen and cameras after all. The 120Hz refresh screen is superb and mostly ok in bright light but sometimes not so much. That's with adaptive brightness off and the slider ramped to max. Occasionally it gives the screen a boost in sunlight but that's inconsistent. Speaker quality is ok but I'd expected it to be better. Needs more bass oomph! S pen is very handy - years ago I had the Note 2 and I've always kind of missed having the stylus option in subsequent phones. Using it for quick notes or marking a photograph is so useful. The cameras are the main reason I upgraded from the Mate 20 Pro. It had good photos but were not always as sharp as I'd like and video was very poor. The Note is much better and excels in video capture. At nearly half the price of a new Note 20 Ultra I'm very pleased with the device and great to have 256GB storage out of the box.

Great phone but be wary about its size, not easy to pocket or operate with one hand. Amazing product, dual sim as well with good supporting software, battery will not last more than a day on average use and 120ghz display rate. Use the 60ghz rate and you'll see the difference. Personal downside, the S-pen is located at the left of the device, and as most people are right handed, it feels slightly awkward and inconvenient when taking it out.

Had one of these before then got a z fold, what a mistake. Got this for an amazing price and even though it isn't the UK model it makes no difference and it does so much. Great battery life, use the 85% max charge function and lasts all day. Great qualify and looks great, also very light

Phone was good phone until it shows just black screen. Resets are not helping. Ordered 27.04.2023. Samsung.com shows warranty has expired on 05.08.2022. What a shame and disappointment 😞

Bought as a warehouse deal during Black Friday so superb price which made the phone better value. More Rose Gold than Bronze in colour to my eyes but still good. Camera is superb and the zoom works well when you keep it in the normal 10x range. Software updates are regular at the moment and One UI 3 launched recently. Full UK model direct from Amazon. S Pen useful for cut and pasting from sites in to messages and emails. Handwriting seems to have improved from previous Note 9 too. Screen is good and clear. Enjoying using it so far.

I bought this phone to replace my Samsung S 20 Ultra, sturdy phone, but the screen cracked eventually after two years. I received the Samsung S 20 Note Ultra after 7 days, shipped from UK to UK, including 2 weekend days, but still, it was a long wait. When it arrived, the item was shipped in a paper parcel, one of those lined with bubble wrap, but not a proper box, as I usually received phones from Amazon before. The phone box has been already opened and resealed before. All items fell out of the box, no one bothered to put them in the box properly before selling the item. The original film on the back of the phone was there, but full of fingerprints (bit disgusting to look at tbh). The phone battery was drained, and it took a few minutes to reach its peak to show 1% charging, reason for which I thought the phone was broken when I received it. The pictures taken with the rear camera are nice and have good saturation, but look blurry when you zoom in. Night vision pictures are decent too, but I thought this phone doesn't take blurry pictures, the S 20 Ultra took clearer pictures tbh. The camera is not scratched though, so I think it's a software issue. The power button is lose and you can feel that when you cross your finger over it. It came already with Android 13 installed on it, I am used to do the updates myself when I receive a new phone. However, item looks and feels like a genuine Samsung phone and it behaves properly. No software issues and the S pen works. The screen is nice and smooth, but probably if you buy a phone from the new generation the screen will be even smoother. The sound is blasting and clear. The camera takes good pictures and well saturated, the selfie camera takes beautiful pictures too. It feels like an upgrade from the Samsung S 20 Ultra, although that one was a powerful phone too. I like this phone and I am in between returning it or keeping it, I still like the SD card feature which the new phones don't have and I still want to use. All in all, this is still a good phone to use in 2023, but if you can make a compromise, probably you are better off with S 22 Ultra and upwards, it's only the thought of running out of memory that keeps me away from it, but maybe I just have to get used how to use new technology. I like this phone, but given the issues I mentioned, perhaps it should've been cheaper. I am on the brink of returning it, but I'm still not sure, because I kind of like it as well. Update. Using and discovering this phone for a few days, I decided to keep it. Playing with the camera I downloaded a couple of apps that help enhance the camera, and it takes beautiful pictures used in Pro mode. The phone is powerful and it's surely an upgrade from S 20 Ultra. I am happy to use the phone as long as it lasts.
