I can say that I go to the bathroom more than enough, five times a day to be exact. There is minor cramping of the stomach, but that’s expected due to the detoxification process. I would say the following might be TMI, but this is a cleanse product so I assume you came to the comments for this kind if info: This works well, but I have only been taking one pill. The packaging suggests 1 pill for a few days, then 2. I think taking 2 would result in a "shock and awe campaign" on my colon and I dont feel that would be a fun way to spend my morning. I take 1 before bed with a glass of water, relax in bed for an hour, then sleep 7-8 hours. Within half an hour of getting up, I have to go. It is a good sized movement, not very loose. It feels a bit urgent, but not like i have to run to the bathroom or am risking an accident. About 30min later, I need to go again. It is a bit less and looser. Over the next hour, I go 1 or 2 more times, with the looseness increasing but the volume decreasing. Then it is done. My plan is to use 1 pill a day for 2 weeks, then wait the 6weeks the package suggests and do it again. That way I'll get 2 gentle cleanses for the price of one and not have to worry about violent movements wrecking my mornings

If you're looking for a good cleanse, these are a great option! Just make sure your hydrated - as taking them without enough water can cause stomach discomfort/pain. They give an laxative effect, so to help support more regular and solid bowel movements, take a fiber supplement (psyllium husk -we like the NOW brand) with it. I'm no doctor but my mom knows her stuff. Also I would test these on a day you plan to be home to see how your body reacts to this.

I haven't done a cleansing a long time. So I tried this one. Dose says 2 pills, but I started with just one and stayed with one for 5 days. I weighted myself before and after, lost about 5 lbs. Since you take the pill at night, the next day (first day) is when it counts. Your stomach feels weird, cramped, and loose, so stay close to a bathroom for the 1st half of day. Your trips to the bathroom are smelly and grossed. by the evening, you are feeling better, but at night another pill, so the cycle starts again. By the 5th day, you still go to the bathroom, but less smelly and still have the "runs". By the way, It didn't stop me from doing my morning workout routines. At this point, I stopped talking the pills. I don't know if it will get better with time, but I am done with the uncomfortable feeling through the day. Summary It works, you lose weight at least 5 lbs maybe more if I would have done all 15 days. Uncomfortable trips to the bathroom, irritated down there, but it won't stop you from having a normal day as along you stay close to a bathroom. Would I do it again? Not as a cleansing routine. BUT I will do it again if I need to beat a weight challenge and desperate for the last pounds.
