We bought 3 of these so we could sort my mom's pills after my dad died. These were one of the very few 5 times a day organizers we could find. The pockets are big and hold tons of pills you can have multiple big horse pills like fish oil, glucosamine, vitamins, and gummies. I would guess you could get 4 or 5 of these big pills in each pocket.They still snap securely and pack tightly in the week long holder.The only thing that someone might say is a negative (but I say is a positive) is that everything is tight when you first use them. But as I said, well over a year later they are still working great.I can go down to my mom's place and get a few weeks ahead with medications. This also helps me to know if any prescriptions need to be refilled soon.

Bigger than what i expected but works for exactly what we need.

Bought this to help with dosing medication’s five times a day. Works perfectly. The case has a very nice texture to it and is easy to clean. Comes with a little card to write medication’s and doses and times so you can remember how to refill it. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I needed

I like the size and function of the pill organizers. They are secure because of the side clasp. I'm happy with their performance. The case is lightweight and compact.I previously got e-pill's all-one-color 5-a-day set for my medications and it drove me crazy. We have had the rainbow-colored pill sets for our vitamins and previously for my medications before I got this rainbow-colored 5-a-day set. I missed having colors, so I bought this same set in rainbow colors.Many other manufacturers/sellers on Amazon, but not all, have their pill organizer sets in a particular rainbow order. E-pill has the same colored units, but in a non-continuous random order.I wanted my pill sets to match so it would be a breeze to easily grab all the vitamins and medications for a particular day purely by color. I removed the day markings on each end with nail polish remover, then used white-on-clear label tape to make new labels for each day in the same order as our other vitamin containers so they all lined up and matched. I'm happy I did this.My 2 cents: E-pill may want to consider rearranging the order of the days of the week of their 5-a-day rainbow-colored organizers to match the color scheme of many other pill organizers on the market. E-pill's aim is to make pill taking easy. Make it easy so that their organizer matches the same days and colors of other organizers to avoid mix-ups by patients, so their medication set matches their vitamin set.
