Well starting of by writing about the company HomemateTo begin my review i would say that the customer support of the company is awesome specially on whatsappReply time is less than 5 mins which is pretty short compared to other Home Automation companies...First of all a big thanks to the company for creating such a great product and a smart one too....Now Lets Talk About the Wifi Downlight itself:-The light is pretty good and works as described the Cool White Light is quite bright which is equivalent to my phillips bright light of the same 9V...The Dimmer works great and is pretty quick in response time as well...Talking about the different colours they are quite good compared to philips Hue ..Though i will still recommend to take this wifi Downlight by HomeMate as the plus point is that it also does not Require a bridge like philips Hue ...Now getting onto the build Quality of the product whic is steady as hell compared to several downlight like Gold Medal and Phillips and many more it is quite solid and steady...Now Getting on to the app :-No Words For it as it works Flawlessly with IOS and Android ....Pros:-1. Good Qaulity2. Bright Light3.Quick Response Time4. Steady look5. Great Dimmer6. Awesome Colours7. Great App8. No Bridge Required9.ABOVE ALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM !!!Cons:-Nothing Yet Will Update the review if found any !!

Bulb gets hot with in half n hour. Brightness is not as much as 9w bulb.Colours are not bright to reflect the room in the colour we choose. Not worth buying at such cost

At first I ordered 1 to see if it was any good. I liked the controls of the lights compared to Smart Bulbs from other companies. So I ordered 4 more to install in my room. Once i installed and started using them first issue that came was that 1 of the lights did not have it's Red LED working and then one of the lights also kept dropping connection. I wanted more downlights far different room so I ordered the ones from a company called Okos and the difference was soo much. The RGB was so so much brighter and no issues what so ever. So i do not recommend these lights at all as there is no quality testing. Buy from some other brand.

Pros-1. Cool, Warm lights are pretty good2. Connecting with Alexa is little bit fasterCons-1. Back side aluminum panel is getting very hot (water drop vaporizing in seconds)2. Overall thick item, may create problem with some places (where the false ceiling channel interacts)3. Except the Whites (cool daylight, natural and warm whites) all other colours are dull and work like night bulb only.4. Not available in 3/5/6 watts. You may not require 9/15w in every places.

Works as described. No need for homemade app. Works well with Tuya amalie app too. The pictures do not show the led driver. This should be accounted for if you have limited space. Music mode only works when app is running on phone. Paired easily with alexa.

Product received but RED color led is not operational hence most of the colors are not available.

One of the best wifi ceiling light i found on amazon, Just go for it without second thought.You can even manage it using app & using amzon alexa. I tried with both of them.Very easy to setup
