This stuff is spectacular! The best from a powder I’ve ever tasted. So creamy immediately after mixing. I’m thrilled to have found it. My only goal was a lower calorie option still packed with peanut favor and texture and this is perfect! I’m so excited to have it. Totally buying again!!

I like peanut butter powder as it's so easy to add in baked goods, pancakes, waffles or oatmeal, or to mix with soy sauce for a `Thai` experience. I don't like opening and storing for months jar of peanut butter, I prefer for convenience the powdered form (which is also easier to portion control).This Mighty Nut product yields a pretty nice `peanut butter` spread with water, good on toast or celery sticks. 2TBSP powder and 1TBSP water yields a more thick consistency, which I personally prefer. The peanut butter flavor is easily overpowered by other ingredients in oatmeal or baking goods. I also add it sometimes into yogurt, mixes well.But by comparison, I prefer the PB2 flavor; it's more peanuty and stronger. Peanut butter powder is not as tasty as real peanut powder, either way.I tried both the `Original` and the `Vanilla` flavor, and I did find the `Vanilla` one to have a stronger/better peanut butter taste (while being a little more sweet). The vanilla flavor was there, but not very strong.

Very disappointed in this product. Not very strong peanut butter flavor. Would not recommend.

Bought for a trip as an evening treat for my dog. Easy to mix, store, & yummy to eat.
