Totally tubular, brother!
I'm sorry, but whoever thought of this is a freakin genious haha! This thing works so well for my lid-less (now lid-'ful". HAHA, I'm hilarious) 10.5" frying pan! Thanks!

Really bad!
The rubber started to peel off after 2 month usage! And it is really hard to clean!

Perfect solution for my broken expensive pan lid.
Great bargain solution for a lid I lost for a very expensive pan. The replacement glass lid It’s more than two or three times the cost of this - this does very well seals with silicone on the sides. My only complaint about it is that it doesn’t have very much of dome shape, so doesnt take up more of the height of the pan. It sits more flat. That’s The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars. it functions probably nicer than most pan lids I own! If only it had some dome....which might not be possible based on its design. It covers my large everyday pan from Scanpan well, minus the dome, better than the original lid as the silicone makes a nice tight seal

Easy to use
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This lid is very helpful if you have few different size pots without lid.

Not Glass
I was surprised when I opened the package and the lid wasn't broken since there was very little padding in my box and I pulled it out to realize this was plastic. I thought maybe I'd just not read the description well enough, but everything here seems to indicate I should've gotten a glass lid.Works fine & is better than any makeshift lids I've been using, but not the product I expected. Also my cat was able to grab the silicone edge with his mouth (leaving a split in the edge & a bite mark) and pull the lid off the pan lol - not ideal. Even if you're ok with the plastic, just know this isn't cat proof.

Awesome skillet lid!
This gets used about 4x a week and it has held up fabulously. Under the lid (where it touches the pan), it has grooves so you get a decent seal on multiple size pots/pans. Clean-up is so easy I do it by hand and get it put right away along with my pan at the same time. I have put it in the dishwasher too and the black did not get any marks or discoloraiton on it. My only minor issue is the handle screw always seems to be loose. Reality is, I've only tightened it twice in 6 months.

Why did I not get one of these sooner?
I have two large pots from who-knows-where and, of course, their lids are MIA. In the past, I would use a lid from a larger pot, and get all the over-spill when things boils or even just cook (steam caught/condensed, run out over the edge). Enter this Universal Lid: WOW! It fit BOTH my odd-sized pots that had no lids (each a different size) and is so handy, I often use it for my stuff that I *do* have lids for! I mean, I rarely need to use more than one lid when I cook, so this thing literally can replace the wall of lids I have. If I got a smaller sized one, I would replace the other 75% of my lids! I love the silicon edges and vent hole. Very well-designed lid. My only gripe is the handle is not solid on it (it will spin if you hold it by the handle and turn the lid); it's not loose or anything, but I can foresee that might be an issue down the road. Still, not even worth taking a star off, as this lid is one of my better purchases of late.

Silicone rim is great!
I purchased this from Amazon but unfortunately, had to send it back as it had 7-8 chunks missing from the rim and wouldn't properly function as a lid. Went online and found another similar brand at Walmart so I bought it there. It had no flaws and works perfectly - love it and couldn't be happier. That brand also has a silicone vent hole which I prefer over metal. It fits many different size pans/large pots and seals well. B/c it's silicone, it doesn't chip off any coating from pans either. I'll be buying this same lid in the smaller size. Definitely 2 thumbs up and a great product.
