Douse what you need it for cracks back as described... only issue as its really sore on your back very hard plastic . Has little balls around the bend where your back goes really sore . So I would advise to put something over it before trying to use it

I have scoliosis so was looking for a natural pain relief and a way to try and correct my posture. I have had this product for a few months now and use it for a few minutes per day and it has been amazing in supporting my pain relief. The different settings makes it easy to push my back more and more every day.

This product certainly eases the severe pain when using however i stuck to a routine and never noticed any lasting results. I will however use it when my sciatica flares up again. I gave 2 stars for comfort simply because its not intended for comfort. Initially its really uncomfortable, but after a few minutes this dissipates and the stretching device begins alleviating the pain. This is obv different for others but I have two bulging discs and after 5 mins on this device it eases my compression pain.

I get bad back alot as I'm always sat down got one of these the other week and glad I did I use every day now plus great for those morning stretches

Read all the reviews from other brands, but this is new with no reviews as of yet. The price is inexpensive, instructions in English, and it was easy to assemble moreover, these types of devices need a little bit of strength to assemble. I have it on the lowest level, which suits me fine because it stretches my upper back. These devices aren't meant to be soft and relaxing as they have solid pressure points, but it releases/stretches the spine. I am delighted with this product as I did my research and was under no apprehension that this is a soft and cushy device. It advises not to use this if your back hurts or you have had surgery moreover, if you are a heavy-set frame, the device might flatten out somewhat and not be of use.

Great for stretching my back after a long day's work but also after exercising. The only downfall is the cushion is not attached by glue etc so it comes out really easy.

I'm not sure of the purpose of the magnets as of yet as to whether they actually do anything but I was using a back roller and an acupuncture mat together but this does both by first arching the back and providing acupuncture to the muscles.

After a severe back injury 20 years ago I’ve had physio, traction, holistic therapy etc which all helped but were expensive and only lasted while I was receiving the therapy.While this hasn’t (yet) helped with the muscle pain it’s definitely helped with the sciatica and general immobility.The pain I can live with. Not being able to stand up from a chair poses more problems but 5 mins a day using this has really made an improvement.It’s inexpensive and 100% worth a go. If you’re looking for help with chronic back pain anything is worth a try and this has really made a difference to me.
