The product arrived swiftly and undamaged. A few minor parts needed updated but all was corrected. Wonderful customer service and the bike is great!

The pieces that cap the end of handle bars broke when installing and handle bars where bent on ends. Other than that good bike for the price.

Received bicycle. when adjusting shift cables, shifter broke. brake rotors are screwed into wheel hubs, meaning brakes only work when moving forward, making vehicle very unsafe because brake rotors have potential to unscrew when rolling backwards and applying brakes, causing them to fail. called amazon the day after receipt to let them know what happened, received only partial refund from the seller and although they do reply to emails quickly, they would not verify whether they wanted me to keep the bike or are willing to send a return shipping label. If the bike was not unsafe to use I would not bother writing this review. I still have the bike in my living room and I've been trying to resolve this since December.
