may have to "Clock" the casing.
I read reviews that all were positive. One did say he had to 'clock' the casing for his instal. I did too. There are alignment holes in the car and the brushes tomato this a 3 minute job.

Just a note the one i received was not clocked for my application, how ever that is easy to do if you can change a alternator than you can clock a alternator

Work great on my 91 Chevy 2500
Works great! It’s a Direct fit on my 91 Chevy Silverado 2500 5.7 I’ve had no issues with it or shipping and it’s less then a quarter of the cost with seemingly same quality parts

It works
Price is right, no surface rust so far, has been on 5 weeks so far. that rear bolt that's there for no reason did not line up perfectly, made the job a little harder then needed to be but its aftermarket.
