A very good battery. No problems at all.

Has to be recharge two times at least in order to get the battery work properly. Also most chargers are classified by watt (60-65) in order to show it’s working properly. Make sure the plug on computer charger it’s the appropriate for the model you are using. 👍😎

It works fine

Bought this battery in December 2021 for a Dell Inspiron 3537 at customer site. Customer recently called (November 2023) with an error "BIOS boot message: battery cannot be identified. The system will be unable to charge this battery." Considering Dell's price for this battery is over $100, a 2 year longevity isn't too bad on a $25 battery. I've never had an original Dell battery just go dead like this, but considering cost vs. benefits, the trade off isn't too bad if the laptop is not a point of failure for your office. Luckily, we have a couple spares that are easily swapped in for a downed laptop. Not a bad deal, but not a great lifespan from the battery. I will try another and see if this was a outlier. On the positive side, the battery fits perfectly and until this call, it was working perfectly as far as I know.
