Easy to mount and use!
Works great. Installed it on the ceiling of my garage. Only a few minutes to mount. Built sturdy with a strong rewind.

Easy to install works great
Very happy with this retractable extension cord. The reel was easy to mount, despite some user's complaints. I just marked the holes on the wall, screwed the lags into a stud, slid on the reel's mounting bracket, and tightened with a box wrench. It literally took less than 10 minutes. The construction seems solid and all the wire connections are sturdy. I was able to run my compressor, my circular saw, and my table saw with no issues. The light on the cord end is a really nice touch and allows me to find the cord in the dark garage without the lights on... Love it! Cord retracts easily and locks easily, even when fully extended. I have been using it daily for a few weeks and seems to be working great. I highly recommend this retractable extension cord!All in all, I am very happy with this extension cord.

Very happy!
The media could not be loaded. The installation was a little tricky because I thought the bracket that holds the cord unit could come off. I don't think it does and I snapped one of the tabs trying to pop it off. Please don't make that mistake like I did. anyways I figured if I drilled some pilot holes in the wall and to the studs, I could hand tighten the lag bolts in while I held the unit up against the wall. That actually worked out well and once I got the bolts hand tightened I was able to get a wrench on them and tighten them all the way to the wall. The installation is very sturdy and with it being lag bolted to my studs, I'm not worried about it coming off. The unit is pretty heavy and I'd say it ways close to 15 lbs. The cord pulls out really easily and retracts with a simple pull. I pulled it out and retracted it a few times to test it and it's work perfectly every time. I like that you could plug in three different things to it. This is certainly going to make working on my car so much easier. Overall I'm very happy with this unit and glad I found it on amazon. I definitely recommend it.

Very well made. The cord goes back in very quickly. I would definitely recommend this for your garage. It saves a lot of time, and I don't have to untangle the cords anymore.

Definitely not 50 feet.
THIS CORD IS NOT 50 ft. BEWARE OF THIS. The good thing I can say is that it has functioned for me as described in the one year that I have used it. I only used around a 2 car garage, but one day I tried to run it outside of my garage to air up some tires. The reel is only about 10 feet from my garage door. After exiting the garage door in a straight path, I was only able to make it 5 feet into my driveway. There is only about 2 1/2 feet coming out of the reel and running to a receptacle. Therefore, you might get about 18 feet, give or take. For a 50 foot reel that costs about $80, this is a massive scam. Since it has been a year, I can't even contact the seller. If the seller or amazon reaches out to make this right, then I would happily change my review to 5 stars.

Decent value for the money
It's a basic 50' retractable reel extension cord. Extends and retracts smoothly. Mounting hardware while a little thinner than expected seems to be holding up.
