A ma grande surprise l'odeur et la texture du produit envoyé par Amazon était totalement différente que la même gamme kérastase acheté chez un professionnel.Pouvez vous m'expliquer cette différence ?Ce shampoing est il une pale contrefaçon ?Je n'ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre, mais pour le coup je suis totalement déçu.Pour le prix je ne peux pas me contenter d'un produit obsolète ou contrefait.Dans l'attente d'une réponse.

Washes intermediate thick, long, blond, somewhat over-processed hair beautifully. Never believed my hairdresser that shampoo matters and concentrated on top-range conditioners and hair masks. Totally converted now: effective cleaned hair equals 50% of success.
