I am slowly switching from plastic to stainless steel. This is easy to use, handle length and quality is good. Functions as it is designed and cleans well. Perfect for all kitchens for cooking and straining. A good stainless steel spoon!

I bought this to help when I’m making mozzarella, but I use it for lots of other things. It is very sturdy and goes in the dishwasher so it’s easy to clean. It’s solid and not flimsy at all. Works great!
