Not firm AT ALL.
The bed arrived weeks late with a little stain which normally wouldn't be something I fret about but if you are looking for a medium firm to firm mattress, THIS IS NOT IT. It is very soft, making it uncomfortable for older people like my mother or pregnant women like myself to get out of a queen sized bed. I do not recommend this product unless you prefer a plushy soft mattress.

Didn’t fully inflate
I purchased the 12 inch and it only inflated to 10 inches and the side corner is damaged like dent in from boxing and won’t get back to its form.
