A Beautiful Mind / Cinderella Man Double Feature [Blu-ray]

I had no idea that A beautiful mind was about mathematician who is diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Still a really good story and well done. The second movie was interesting in its own right set in the 20's and 30's in the Great depression dealing with a boxer who is just trying to survive the times and support his family. It had a good cast and was well done.

Like so many of Ron Howards fims the story telling and back drop are masterful. He tells life storys like this one about Jim Bradock that are true to the actually events. From the depression era stories like my mother used to tell me of familys going hungry and doing without the things we take for granite like electricity and heat in the winter, not only food but simple things like shoes and many of lifes necessities. Jim Braddock was a survivor and fighting was his best chance of suppoting his family. Such a great story and film. Thanks Ron, we need more feel good stories keep them coming,

Movies that will withstand time.

One of my favorite movies of all time. The trailer and adverts for this film make it about espionage and conspiracy vs. schizophrenia and delusions of grandeur, but the heart of the movie is in the relationship between John Nash and his wife.Oh, and this package comes with both movies in their entirety (A Beautiful Mind and Cinderella Man) at about the same price as either by themselves. Maybe the publisher took some of John Nash's economic advice ;)I'm not as big a fan of Cinderella Man as I am A Beautiful Mind, but if you're looking to buy either, might as well buy the package.

Two superb earlier Russell Crowe films really showcasing the Australian actors incredible and versatile talents. Cinderella Man, a period true story story of a down-and-out boxer, is a hidden gem, didn't win all the acclaim and money of A Beautiful Mind, but is an excellent movie, with Paul Giamatti in a great supporting role. "Mind" is of course the award-winning biopic of John Nash, the brilliant, Nobel winning mathematician who fought paranoid schizophrenia all his life. Compelling film. What a great combination of two exceptional films! At this price, it is a no-brainer. Buy it!

If you are a Russel Crowe fan, you will definately want to grab this two movie combo. A bargain!

I like the real life stories but I found that beautiful minds was kind of hard to understand but I did enjoy it. Cinderella man was very good the hard times they had to deal with but he found a way to keep his family together.

Ojo, aunque ponga Reino Unido, viene de USA. Cinderella man español latino y A beautiful mind solo en ingles y francés.

Two fantastic films together !! A must watch

El combo, me llego en tiempo y forma, sin embargo, ayer me dispuse a mirar la película y observo que Beautiful Mind no contiene doblaje al español o al menos subtítulos. Sería bueno por parte de Amazon realizar la revisión oportuna de los productos, pues ya tengo varias experiencias y siempre las mismas. No devolví el producto, debido a que estar a un super precio, pero no puede ser posible que varias películas que están en el catalogo estén en esta situación, la descripción es incorrecta y lo que se menciona no aplica para ambos discos.Calidad de audio e imagen 9/9.
